This is a really clean place. It’s a mix of Rv’s and homes. Different than your basic Rv resort. Our spot was between 2 homes. They have all the amenities, we didn’t use any of them though. Our spot was a pull in with an outstanding view of the mountains. It does get windy here, so be prepared. Only 20 or so mins from the casinos in Laughlin. People there are pleasant.

The location was really quite upscale looking. I stayed for a shorter visit than expected, and could NOT get a refund, only future credit. That was a frustration, and seemed unfair, as they were not busy, did not loose a booking because of us leaving earlier than expected. Staff was very kind and helpful, but office hours were short during the summer (which is when I stayed there). I stayed in my RV travel trailer, and the spots were very nice and super clean. But not labeled as well as I thought they should be. Spot labels were not very visible from the road. Overall it was a very positive experience.

This is a nice 55+ resort. I would have given it 5 stars except for the wind. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The amenities are wonderful. Lots of activities to keep you as busy as you like. We spent the winter months here, so the weather was nice.

My wife and really like this place, so much that we purchased an RV lot and are building a casita. This is a very nice gated RV resort with two pools, hot tub, pickle ball courts, game room, wood shop, crafts shop, lots of activities and more. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Most spots have terrific views of the Colorado River and/or surrounding mountains. Access to off-road trails from the property. Linda and her team are very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Linda provides thorough and consistent communications so we feel connected even when we are away traveling. We have enjoyed meeting all of the residents and guests. A hidden gem.

My wife and I love this Small house and RV gated community. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful of others. The staff are great and try to make the guests and residents' stays enjoyable. Year around activities, including two pools, jacuzzi, game room, club house, full woodshop, library, and exercise room. A special shout-out to one of the maintenance workers. Although I do not remember his name (or his wife's), he has been there almost two years. He is extremely friendly and appears to do a great job.

The wind is prevalent at times and I can understand that can’t be controlled but the continuous construction that we were told would not happen during the winter season continues to go on. There is heavy equipment, front loaders, skid steers, cement trucks and frequent deliveries by large trucks constantly going on. This starts as early as 6:30 AM. Then you constantly hear nail guns and compressors in use all while the workers are blasting loud music. This is not construction by the resort but by private owners that bought a lot and are building on it. There is construction debris constantly blowing in the wind. If you say something the owners get mad and berate you saying you’re just a visitor we live here. Dogs are constantly off leashes even though it has been made clear all dogs need to be on a leash. It is a beautiful place but I paid for some peace and quiet not to be in a construction zone. Update 2/21 Construction still going on. I don’t see any signs of it stopping.

If I could give this park 10 stars I would. 55+ park. Huge lots, great activities, heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, library, billiards, craft room, woodshop...so much to do. Coffee and Donuts every Friday morning. Bean bag baseball. Community dinners. Game night.

Very neat and clean. 55+ park w/large cement, or rock sites above the community. Wide open, no trees, but a great view of the mountains. Restrooms were immaculate. We recommend and will return.
