Nice campground facilities just some observations… LOTS of truck traffic early in the morning and a continuous odor of wet, dirty dumpster ( waste management has a yard just past the campground) in the future we will look closer at neighbors to where we stay. Also seems to be a lot of permanent camping in this campground Nice people and clean facilities!!

I enjoyed the camp and we arrived late after check in time but thankfully i called and left a voice mail that we were running later and they left us a map with our spot saved with our name on it. I'd rate it 5 stars but the bathroom by the tent camping area was under repair. It was a beast driving across camp in the middle of the night. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

We've been staying here for over 6 months now, spots could be a little bigger but for a mid sized RV its perfect but it can get a little tight for the big boys, I have my two kids and wife with me and they seem to enjoy the community and the pool, there are a couple bad apples but they will be gone with time. So will I though

We will never be staying here again nor will we recommend it to anyone. The spaces are tight, and we’re so close to trees we can’t even let our awnings out. We also have two dogs, and there is no grass near us except at the back of the park where there is still very little and the grass isn’t maintained. If there is any problems, no one speaks to you about it, instead, they leave you a letter on your windshield. Staff nor long term residents are friendly and it is by far the worst campground.

I initially left other than five stars but I want to especially say kudos to the manager who followed up and helped me and my wife. I had an issue (minor) with my site and she jumped to the tasked and fixed the problem. Her kindness and understanding was top tier. This is a great campground, clean restrooms and great location. the staff is what makes it a joy also. They are all so friendly. I don’t know her name but the manager who assisted me was fantastic. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.

Not the worse. If you are looking for amenities this isnt it. It does have a nice little store. The shower/bathhouse wasnt very clean. The sites are extremely small. Do not expect to sit by a fire as the pit is literally feet away from your camper.

We stayed here for 4 nights in late March as a home base for mountain biking in Knoxville. Our campsite was level with full hook ups. Restrooms were adequate. Easy in and out off the highway. When we were here it was very quiet. Staff was friendly. One thing to note is the office is only open 12-6. This could be an inconvenience depending on how your day rolls.

Very crowded Campground, but everything was very clean & well maintained. We just spent one night there on our trip home from Florida to Ohio. Full hookups were awesome! We would definitely stop here again 😁

Wonderful management, so nice, and helpful. Great park, really nice people. So happy we found this slice of heaven, close to Knoxville.
