It was a great experience. Very clear and clean water. Very relaxing place. Washrooms are quite unpleasant but still a great place to relax. We’ll definitely coming back next summer 👏👍🙏

Great place to hang out by lake side. Can get pretty busy as large families gather for BBQ meals. Just have to pick your own secluded spot.

Campground can be a little loud with trains every 90-120 minutes You can find nice family style hikes along near and away from the lake. I am here in late September and the trees are turning. The beach is probably full in warm summer months but this morning we are the only ones here.

I will never swim here (because the water's always filled with algae) BUT I highly recommend this place because of its nice dock, beautiful trails and huge space to just admire nature and do other relaxing activities (there are boat rentals, playgrounds for kids, lots of picnic areas, a walking path where you can also admire the lake, lots of shaded areas for quiet time/reading) plus a great campground!

Very nice beach although I won’t recommend to go now as too much crowded. We didn’t spend much time because of crowd. And the ice cream shop was closed. In case of natural beauty it deserves 5 star. Good for picnic or a beach day. It has washroom and enough parking spot. Great place to spend day trip.
