This place is fantastic! I love it here! I have lived here since February 2025 when I had no where else to go. They accepted my dogs no questions asked, (only shot records) this place is fairly quiet (I say fairly because there are dogs and dogs bark) The managers are great people, when my heat when out, the manager was so kind to fill on of my tanks it early so I could go to work and not have pup-sicle when I came home. The managers are good people who try to make everyone’s stay wonderful. The dog park is big with a pond, the dog spa is wonderful to have onsite and free to residence. The Landry mat is clean, and the onsite emergency bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There are goats and chickens and ducks. It’s always fun to hear and see them.

It's our first time living in a RV & we are so glad we chose Waggin' Tail Ranch! We have a fenced in covered site and our dogs love it! They have the best park managers, as they will drop whatever they are doing to help you. Krysten & Chris we appreciate you more than you know!!!

I have lived here for over two years now and the management has been nothing but kind and helpful. They do a really good job of keeping the park. Looking good and maintained having covered and fenced in lots as a big deal for me since I have a dog she loves it here. This is a great place to stay temporary or for long-term. they keep the laundry room/Mail room clean. There’s a playground. They even have free range eggs you can buy. I can’t imagine anyone giving them a bad review. That says more about the person giving the review then it does the location because is awesome

Whether you are in town for the weekend or looking for long-term living, Waggin Tail is the most pet and people friendly place that you will find! Management is amazing, the facilities are well kept and beautiful! Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a great RV park, this is it!

We had the pleasure of staying at Waggin Tails for over 2 years. We really enjoyed the park. The managers do a great job of trying to keep everyone happy. Can’t imagine how hard it is to manage that many personalities especially given close proximity! It was awesome to have a fenced yards for our dogs, being able to cool off in the pool on hot days and live so close to the state park(10 minutes away). We will miss Chris & Krysten the managers! They were always helpful and willing to teach us as first time RV livers!

We have loved our time here at Waggin Tails, and so have the K9s. We travel and live in our coach and have seen a lot of places - it’s unfortunate to say this but what makes a great park is managers who take time to gently remind everyone to drive slow, pick up after pets, watch kids, and fix leaky hoses. The people here are great as are the managers Chris and Kristen, now if spring will hurry up, all will be well!

This place is for dog lovers/owners! Most lots are privately fenced. There is a public dog park area, with a big pond, where your dog can run & play. Amenities include a swimming pool for the dog parents, mail room, laundromat, & even a dog spa. Located in the country surrounded by horse farms, yet a few minutes drive to town. The managers are always around & happy to answer questions or help out. It's like a little slice of heaven!

This is a very unique RV Park. It caters to dogs and has fenced yards and a dog spa. They even have a washer and dryer where you can wash dog blankets and bedding. We love the park we stayed for a month but it started to get cold so we headed south.
