Rundown garbage dump. And the lady manager sucks and steals your deposit.

This is by far the worst rv park experience I’ve ever had in 7 years of moving around the country. The woman running this rv park is mentally unstable and should not be involved with managing any business at all. First off, your deposit you pay to move in is a trap. She already knows she isn’t giving it back. Three different fifthwheels moved out in the same week as us, all because of her and she did not return anyone’s deposit. Our neighbors wife was brought to tears and within two days of moving into the rv park they left and because they didn’t want to deal with her they let her keep a total of 600. She verbally harasses you every time you see her, so you try your hardest to avoid her. We have caught her several times taking photos of our trailer and when I confronted her, she denied it but then admitted it was because I parked on her sidewalk. She makes two fifthwheels sharing electric, water and sewer. Due to this our brand new trailer was flooded. Life there is literally a living hell. The very first day she came pounding on our door to yell at us right off the bat. The only time we actually did something wrong, she called the police and fire department on us because our diesel spilled. They got there and said there was nothing they could do and that we had it handled. They even said she was overreacting. This is literally the worst woman I have ever dealt with. She also tried to fine us because we didn’t pay her Feb 28 not March 1st. She literally makes up rules. The park is junky and she does absolutely nothing to maintain it. She just drives around looking for reasons to yell at people. She’ll also tell you something’s fine and then take it back. We only moved in here because we couldn’t find anywhere else to go and so did the others that came in. Everyone moved out because of her. We left for a new job but looking back I can see how miserable she made life. Run for your life unless you’re fine with overpaying to be mentally abused daily

This is a quiet and friendly place. The person that owns and operates it, is friendly, an extremely helpful when it comes to needing things done. And the stars at night are always beautiful. And the rates are extremely Fair.
