Wakaw is a very nice campground. There is a golf course, concession, shower & bathroom facilities. The golf club house has a restaurant. The lake water is crystal clear, the beach is clean. There is a kid's play area on the beach. There are canoe rentals available. It has quite a few campsites, some are grass, others are treed. Our site was large, the dog had plenty of running around space. We had full service, some sites are just electric. There are a couple docks for loading and unloading boats, and a marina. I don't know if it's just seasonal boat parking or if some stalls are year to year lease. There is an area to park your boat on land, and some camp sites are large enough to add your boat. We enjoyed our stay here. We came in late August and it was relatively quiet. I would recommend this campground.

Nice golf course, good food available. Nice camp ground with a decent beach, mini golf. There's Saskatoon berry bushes to snack on when they're in season. There's fish in the lake. 1 hour from Saskatoon. Good place to camp or just stop in for a day trip.

Every year, my family and I have the pleasure of visiting this delightful spot for a picnic. Our children thoroughly enjoy indulging in ice cream treats after engaging in swimming activities in the lake and partaking in recreational activities at the playground. Additionally, the lake offers opportunities for engaging in kayaking and paddleboarding, providing further avenues for enjoyment. It is also noteworthy that the restrooms are consistently maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
