Beautiful small park on a small lake. Sites were all graveled, large, good hookups and had beautiful shade trees, a small picnic table. Grass areas to walk the dog. Laundry room was clean as were the restroom& showers. Complaints: couldn’t find any trash cans to put garbage and doggy poop bags in. Asked staff and they said no there weren’t any!!! Also we were given a code to get into bathroom but the door was propped open with a faded sign attached that said not to close door or you would be locked in, cleaning staff verified this when asked. People walking by could see right in to the showers. Women’s and men’s signs were not visible and I had to tell a young man he should not be in the women’s.

Great staff, friendly, and large sites for parking RVs. No grass at parking spots, just rocks. Sometimes visitors don't follow rules but that's any public place where others don't care. I would highly recommend this place if you can get a reservation. Stayed for a month-long and had a good time.

This park is great! Laundry is very clean and is on the honor system to pay. Lake is gorgeous! We were there in September so didn't use/rent the equipment. Park is clean with old growth trees. Spaces are big, most are pull through. We will be back!

My sister and I stayed in the cabin at Wakeside Lake for the weekend. We weren’t sure what to except but we were very impressed and surprised! It’s a very beautiful property with mature trees and a lake! The bathrooms are very clean and have key pad door locks which made us feel very safe for showering. We never once felt unsafe staying here, anywhere on or near the property. We went fishing and paddle boarding (we did bring our own gear)! No luck on catching fish but had a good time. Everything in Rexburg was only a 10 min drive away. We met the host on arrival (Brett) and he was very kind. He also had great communication and responded to our texts very fast. Great value for your money overall! We will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately, our experience was different than some of these other reviews. When we arrived, we did not receive our site number by email so we went to the office which was closed. There was a note on the door of the office to go to the camp host, so we did. When my husband knocked on the door of the camp host, he was greeted by a very confrontational man who was not happy we were there. He belittled and demeaned my husband, and then me. If we hadn’t already paid online we would have left immediately. The man was incredibly aggressive. At one point, I thought he was going to start a physical fight with my husband, who was being incredibly calm. I have never in all my years of RVing come across such a hostile camp host. We would definitely not recommend this campground, and will not be returning.

Great RV park. Stayed for the weekend recently and used the full hookups, which was nice for the end of October. Though we had our trailer, I did use the showers provided by RV park, and they were clean and roomy. My husband fished in the lake and we got to see a couple of beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be coming back!

Just came from spending a week at the lodge for a sewing retreat. Such a lovely spot, the windows looked over the lake. Great walking area too! Hope we have another retreat here next year.

Roomy spots. Nice lake. Lots of conveniences nearby. Would give it a 5 if the lots received some grading and additional gravel. Some spots can hold water if it rains alot. Nice laundry room and bath house. Camp host did a great job of looking after things and checking in with guest. Would definitely return there if in the area.

This was our first RV park experience. Over all, everything was positive and it was a good learning opportunity. The location was good and the small lake was pretty. The price was reasonable. However, there was a glitch with our reservation in that we had requested a 30amp spot, but were given a 50amp hookup. The water source leaked, so we had to deal with that as well. The park is right next to the freeway, so we had traffic noise all night. We managed to adapt to it all and made it work. We would stay here again, but would be more careful in our reservation.

Not much to see or do here. Low key but almost nothing by way of amenities
