This KOA is awesome! Karen and Kevin really made it an amazing experience. Their support for the customer is out of this world. Everything from picking up garbage constantly through the day to giving suggestions for a great restaurants and sightseeing. They also really helped us get in and out safely as some of the corners were tight. Everything was spotless. The bathroom / shower rooms were top-notch. The campground was quiet. You can really see the attention to care and the love they put into their jobs. I was traveling with my husband in a fifth wheel. But I would not hesitate to stay here on my own and my cabin. Felt totally safe. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Karen and Kevin!

We have very much enjoyed the 3 months we have been here at this KOA. The staff has been amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better location to stay while being in the area for work. The park is clean and very well kept and we have zero complaints about noise at night. You have a great downtown area just a short drive away and easy access to I-75. There are also some great local restaurants nearby as well as popular chain locations. Be sure to check out the Armstrong space museum. All in all we will be a little sad to leave at the end of October.

Last minute stay to catch a night's rest, so didn't experience much of the campground, but was very nice and clean with incredibly pleasant staff (Theresa). Would definitely stay again!

Ive stayed here the last 2 years. Both times ive been extremely impressed. By both the facility an the staff. The couple that worked the weekend are nice an helpful with anything you need. My kids absolutely loved the mining for rocks an fossils. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. Wapakoneta koa is my home away from home.

Camp hosts are very very nice. Sites are really close together. If you have a camper with a slide on the drivers side and an awning that you use beware of site #24. They placed us on it this past trip and theres a light pole on one side and utilities on the other we had maybe 6-10" of clearance on our slide and less than that for our awning. They are up front that their wifi isn't strong enough to run streaming services so you'll need a Hotspot or some other form of internet for that. There is cable though. Site was clean. Pool was clean and nice as well.
