Beautiful, beautiful place. The location is nice, the sites are good too. Most beautiful about this place is the lake in the morning. It was picture perfect with morning fog floating on top. This would be wonderful spot to take family pictures. Bathroom was 4/5 for overall appearance. And game room is really outdated. But would stay again if ever this way again.

We stopped in on our way to Beddington ME first time in the class A. Our site was plenty big enough. The staff was super friendly and most helpful. We had issues with our hot water heater and our black tank. Cole and Patrick went above and beyond to help us figure out the hidden second valve for the back tank and they fixed our hot water heater. We stayed a second night !

We stayed one night at Wassamki, we arrived early than check because I mis-read the instructions! My fault. They were kind enough to let us check in early! Check in is at 1:00 pm!! Our site was easy to get in and out of, level, and very nice. We walked around the park and wished we could have spent more time there. Beautiful lake and park. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying here, and we stayed for 3.5 weeks. It is the closest campground to Portland and the most convenient for what we had plans for. We have a 45ft bus and this was one of the largest sites we have ever had at a campground. While it is true that the campground is in direct path of the airport, the planes was not a bother to us. I saw someone else complain about the planes, but we barely noticed them. The other person also complained about the roads and how wet this campground is, and I will agree with that. The roads are dirt roads so everyday your jumping around mud puddles. Not little ones, but massive ones. On the way out, they should fix the exit. It’s rather bumpy with a RV. You can see the bumps in my pics. The lake/pond is nice and a good size. Our teen boys had a blast playing in the water, swimming to the little island, and they also got to check out supplies for pickle ball. We thought we were going to have buy it, so it was nice to have it already there. Nice park area for little kids, and a fenced in area for dogs.

Friendly staff, lots of activities, nice pond for swimming and fishing. Live music every weekend! That was a nice little bonus to our weekend. For camping, try to get close to the water - lots of great spots right on or near the water! That said, some of the other lots looked pretty far away from the fun and likely not as enjoyable. The biggest down fall we experienced was the air traffic, low flying aircraft for the Portland Jetport does not respect the posted quiet hours 😂
