How rude the man was from this campground. My husband, children and I were told we couldn't stay, despite already paying and pulling up in our space. We weren't even given a reason why either; we pulled in and parked into our space and everything was fine. We have an average sized RV, and we were barely parked before a man pulled up and said "you have to leave the campground," and we asked why and he said "I don't have to give you a reason why you need to leave." 🥴 I also noticed that someone directly behind us that had also just pulled in was also being asked to leave and we could overhear what they were saying and they got the same words that we got from this man. Very strange! I'm so glad I'm from the south where people are always nice, friendly and hospitable.

The old man on the golf cart was very rude. We hadn’t even pulled all the way in or even gotten out of the truck and the old man came screaming over on his golf cart saying he didn’t want our big truck and trailer in the campground. No reason was given. We pulled in nice and slow, what did we do? I don’t know. I do not recommend this place.

Grabbed the last of 8 sites and glad I did. This is a basic, self-serve (put $20 in an envelope as you drive in) campground with a water station and electric at the sites. All sites are pull-through and it's a great place to stop after driving all day. If you're just passing through and need a place to park overnight this place is perfect. I agree with others that although it's close to the interstate it's far enough away that the noise isn't noticeable.

Simple, only electric at spot. Dump station at entrance. Fuel station at the road. Great for stopping for rest.
