Pleasant campground and pleasant staff. Level concrete pad lots, pull through and easy hookups. One has to check in at the water park, but it was well signed on where to go. Quiet spot with RV friendly gas station at the entrance (Phillip 66). Would definitely recommend this campground.

Not sure why the bad reviews of this place. We'll be staying here at least 2 months for my partner's work, we're a little over a month in, and haven't seen anything bad. Granted it's a little more expensive than we're used to paying for a monthly fee but it's not that big of deal. Level concrete pads, full hook ups, back in or pull through spots, lots of grass, trees, and nature. My dogs are loving the outside area. The only 2 things I'd suggest fixing are- 1: There are no lights at all. There's winding roads in the park which are very hard to navigate at night with zero light. I'd definitely suggest getting a few street lamps. And 2: the hot water for the showers only lasts maybe 4-5 mins. Doesn't give you much time to get clean lol. Other than that we are enjoying our stay. The staff at the waterzoo and holiday Inn have been very pleasant and helpful.

Run down RV park.. Okay for a night stop only. Pads are paved and level. Full hookups and pull through sites. Weeds and grass overgrown. Looks abandoned. Management non-existent. Garbage cans🤷🏻♀️ Watch out for sewer holes overgrown with grass, I almost broke my foot stepping into one. Highway traffic loud.

This is RV park camping. The grounds are a little difficult to navigate at night. Although the high numbered spaces (upper 50s, 61,62) are in the “rear”, they are close to a thoroughfare street. The really unfortunate aspect is the stench of the Red Collar Pet Food plant to the east-southeast. It is horrid and it operates through the night so the roar of the exhaust stacks is conjoined with the reek of pet food. At over $40/night it’s cheaper then the adjacent hotels but I wouldn’t call it a deal.
