We appreciate having this campground to stay at when we do work for their residents and those staying nearby. The site was in excellent condition for our stay, and the bathouse was clean and well maintained. I can only imagine what the renovations their doing will do to improve an already nice campground. We will be staying here again!

Respectfully, Chris this has nothing to do with my FATHER or my MOTHER (which you always seem to forget helped manage the campground) that went above and beyond for the campground! My review has everything to do with the quality of service offered in respect to new prices, lack of consistency with the campground security and rules, and attitude of the UPPER MANAGEMENT! The website states there are basketball courts, hiking trails, yoga, and other amenities that are not offered. Thank you for your irrelevant response.

The owners of this park are fantastic. The campground has been upgraded since they took it over, very clean and quiet. They serve a breakfast that is absolutely fantastic, the food is cooked to order, all kinds of different mimosas and bloody Mary’s, the service is excellent and the food is wonderful. it is also pet friendly!!! One of our favorite places for breakfast!!!!

Very nice park. Owners work hard to make sure our stay was pleasant. Restrooms and showers a very clean. Every one in the park was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Plan on going back soon.

We had a great time. Everyone participated in the Halloween bash. Decorating and trick or treating. Fun things for the children to do with the inflatable slides, Horse and buggy ride. It was so much fun. We enjoyed the music at Beavers Den.

The Wateree RV Park is an excellent place to bring your tribe for a quiet peaceful, fun, fulled vacation. Level lots, clean fire pits, beautiful lake, boat docks, breakfast/dinner options, etc. The young owners went out of their way to help us get settled in. They keep the park in tip top shape. We will be returning and can recommended the park to anyone

Great place, and wonderful live on site owners!! They bought campground last year and have done many upgrades, and still working on improving sites and grounds. We stayed here for weekend on way up to rally in NC. Then stayed for one night on the way back home. We loved it here. Owners super friendly and helpful. Quick to check in and they bring you to your site and make sure you are set before leaving. Very clean store, decks and bathhouse. Ice and firewood at the office. Sat and Sun they do some breakfast specials. Weekend we were there was mushroom and leek quiche, and mimosa. DELICIOUS! Many keep their rigs here to enjoy on weekends and vacation, and some others appear to be full time and the ones we met were super friendly. We will definitely be back in the future. 🤗

Please ignore any reviews more than a year old, since ownership has changed and this campground has improved greatly. We recently spent a long weekend, and had a great time. The new owners are working hard to improve facilities, and their weekend breakfast offering was wonderful. Sites are full service, we had 50amp electric, plus water and sewer hookups. One more thing. Cell service was very spotty for us with literally no signal in our unit. And we have Verizon. Which makes the fact that this campground has the very best WiFi we have ever had camping a huge asset. A lot of effort has gone into providing this important service to campers. A big thank you to the owners.
