Waters Edge RV Park

We stayed in sight #3. During our stay we would catch the smell of sewer emanating from the marsh area behind our campsite. We also saw signs of sewer water on the edge of the marsh area behind our site. I wanted to believe this was just normal marsh activity. However, when we emptied our tanks at the end of our stay into the sewer outlet I watched our waste bubble up from the ground and flow into the marsh. It was apparent this condition had been going on for a long time. We notified the staff of the situation. We won’t be back.

We had a very nice stay for the month of December. (Rate includes water front lot rate plus our electric charges - billed separately). Residents are quiet - for the most part. Sites near the office and common gathering area could be louder during gatherings. There is some air traffic - depending on the flight patterns for the day, but there is only one commercial airline so it just isn't all that busy. Very little auto traffic noise. Manger, NK, couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful. Laundry facilities were convenient and clean. It is just under a mile walk around the lake, which we enjoyed daily. With numerous friends in the area we didn't participate in the park's social events, but they did offer a selection. Wi-fi was intermittently OK. We predominantly found our hotspots to work better.

Stayed here for a week. Loved the cleanliness of this small campsite and the close proximity to area attractions and the beach. Site #8 is in the back and has the privacy we enjoy. The General Store is amazing and the employees there do a great job of running this relatively young 5 year old campground. We'll be back for sure! Thank you!

Small, out of the way, quiet. Close to St. Joe. Had a good time!

My husband and I vacationed in our 5th wheel for a month here April 2021 and had a wonderful experience. It is a nice, small, quiet RV park. Nice price for an RV lot in Florida! Great little store for picking up a few things you might have forgotten at the store. The owner Vaughn runs a fantastic little RV park on the forgotten coast. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

Has most to all the essentials you may need while staying on Indian Pass and is very convenient.

Nice clean RV campground. Fit my 42 ft RV and tow vehicle with no issues. Campground is only two months old so it does not show up on google maps just yet. Beach is a 5 minute drive and St Joseph Peninsula is a short drive also with clear waters and white sand.
