We are staying at site 128 and it is amazing! We arrived via Nashville at dark and they had detailed instructions for us to find our site. Beautiful area, the site is paved, with a Gas stone fireplace pavilion, our own hot tub, river access, full hookups, corner lot. Simply perfection! There is WiFi at our site and also 3 bars of 5G Verizon. The kids have already enjoyed the playground, river, and we all have enjoyed the hot tub. They also have a pool. I think most people here are full timers but all have very nice rigs and seem to all be inside their campers because we don’t see many people outside! Camp store is small but nice and the management is lovely and kind. It’s our first day here but we are excited to check out the town of Blue Ridge as well!

We have a motor home. We put it on a lot and enjoyed the whole weekend. Beautiful place to visit and relax. Prices were great also.

After coming to Waterside for 5 years now, this is the last trip. Lot 182 is just hell being next to the owners of Lot 181. They have zero respect for noise. Came over for a peaceful weekend. It’s just like being home in my subdivision. So, if you decide to visit do not reserve lot 182.

We initially planned to stay at an RV site. However, unexpected issues with our fifth wheel caused a 2-day delay for us. The staff was very empathtic to our situation and wonderful in working with us so that our entire trip wasn't ruined. They were able to get us into a tiny house on site for the remainder of our trip (#144). It perfect for our family of four with three separate sleeping areas. Every member of the staff I spoke with was kind and helpful. The location is great, just 10 minutes outside of Blue Ridge, and very quiet at night.

We stayed at campsite #75 for a long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed this facility and specifically this site. The campground is quiet and well kept with very nice staff. Our spot had a wonderful pavilion in back and a therapeutic stream that is mesmerizing. The facility is simple and easy to navigate and the spots are well laid out for easy entrance and set up parking.

Let me start with what I love! The grounds are amazing. Very well kept! The games need a touch up they are falling apart but, we made do and played some ladder ball. My daughter loves to fish so she loved the stocked pond and actually caught a little brim. Now with what I was disappointed in. My opinion is if you are passing through and need a place to land for a night or two this place is great, but if you are looking for a weekend getaway I am not a fan. To me and my family it’s what we call back yard camping. There are no views of the mountains which was a definite bummer to me and unless you rent a hot tub/pavilion site you’re literally camping in your own back yard. I guess I was expecting more mountain scenery which is where my disappointment is coming from, but again a nice place to stay if you are passing through the area. Our neighbor who lives here in waterside couldn’t have been friendlier and blue jeans pizza was great and spending the afternoon in downtown blue ridge was cute. Just not a weekend vacation spot for my family. I guess if you’re looking for scenic Mountain View’s this wouldn’t be your spot, if you want clean and safe place to sleep this is your place.

Cute RV park. The lake and stream are pretty and the gated grounds are nice. It's a good location - near Blue Ridge and Blairsville but not too close. There is a pool, a playground, and public fire pits/fireplaces The sites are a little too close together but meticulously maintained. It is in a rural location so you can smell the cows next door when the wind is right.

My husband and my brother and sister-in -law stayed at Waterside recently. It was the most beautiful campground I have ever stayed in. We rode through the entire place and it was impeccably kept. We would not hesitate to come back here. We camped and my brother and sister-in-law stayed in a tiny house. It was beautiful, fully furnished, and so very comfortable! Every aspect of our trip was perfect except the weather...it rained every day! The personnel were friendly and helpful, too!

My site was a graveled site. Upon pulling in I noticed a large indentation in the gravel that looked like the previous siteholder had " sunken in". I backed in avoiding that area. I have a ultra light 20' trailer so I wasn't too concerned until I too "sunk in" with the rear wheels of my truck. I was able to unhook and get my truck unstuck. When I went to the office to express my concern about getting my trailer out I was nicely informed that it was not the parks problem and that I was on my own to get my camper out..

We had a wonderful time 2nd year in a row staying in a tiny home at Blue Ridge. The kids love the layout and how they manage to fit everything you need in a little house. Lots of fun activities around all within 15-20min. We had a blast tubing. The site is very well kept and the site coordinates are so helpful with any of your requests. We will come again it's a great get away.
