We were given a warm greeting by Janie on arrival. When our electricity did not work immediately, her husband came over right away to fix it for us. When we realized we needed milk, Janie gave me some of hers. The customer service was outstanding and we felt very welcomed. There were some spacious sites along the side that had some nice mature trees. Ours did not but we only stayed one night while passing through town. Our site was on the end of a row so we had some extra space on one side. We liked all the amenities. There was a pool (too cold to use it) laundry, and a small store. And it is conveniently located a few miles from Walmart. Beside having only one bathroom for all the guests, it was a very well run campground. I give it 5 stars for customer service and amenities.

I was at We RV for about 4.5 months. I had relocated for a job and this Park not only fit my budget but also my wants. The pool/hot tub, laundry area, and separate mailboxes were great amenities! The customer service was phenomenal. The Park Managers are sweet, but on point with the rules (which keeps everyone happy). They would pick my trash up if I sat it by the road and would take my empty propane cylinders and fill them and bring them back. Every time, he took the time to hook them up for me. About 10 minutes from a grocery store, Walmart, coffee shop, and the main loop. If I ever find myself back in the Tyler area…this is my go to place! 100/10 would definitely recommend.

Stayed here 4 nights. Very nice park with spacious sites allowing plenty of room between sites and nice grass and patio areas. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub one night. Tub was a little cool but still enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and if we needed a longer term spot, this would definitely be a great place to stay. Also convenient to Toll Rd. 49.

My husband travels for work so we have stayed in many R.V parks in several different states. We were in the park for 7 months and it has been one of our favorite parks to stay in. The lots are literally the largest lots we have ever had. They are very well maintained, grass lots with gravel R.V spot & concrete patio. Our lot had a nice shade tree for our puppy to play under. The laundry room, pool & hot tub are very nice & kept very clean, the pool water is kept at a great temperature & is very enjoyable. Keith & Janie are wonderful park hosts and so very friendly & helpful. We have appreciated them so much. If we make it back this way? We will definitely come back here I forgot to mention there is propane available on site
