I can’t say enough good things about Webster RV Park and the amazing team that keeps it running. From the moment we arrive, we always feel welcomed and well taken care of. The grounds are well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for both short stays and long-term residents. This has become our go-to place, and each time we return, we reconnect with friends who live onsite. The management team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and always with kindness. You can truly see the pride they take in maintaining this community. Rhonda, in particular, goes above and beyond—I can’t thank her enough. The amenities are clean and convenient, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and neighborly. It’s clear the staff works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how much effort they put in, especially in the Florida heat, and how quickly they address any issues that arise. If you're looking for a safe, quiet, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend this park. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work—you make this a wonderful place to call home, even if just for a little while. That said, I’m sorry to see that Susan is upset, particularly about services the park has never claimed to provide. It’s important to clarify that this is not a nursing home or assisted living facility, and it operates under entirely different guidelines. To criticize the park for not offering services it isn’t licensed or equipped to provide is unfortunate, and frankly, a bit unfair. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rhonda and can confidently say she is professional, fair, and truly cares about the residents. She operates within company policy and does her best to support the community with care and integrity. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but fairness and accuracy matter. Many of us have had very positive experiences here, and I believe those deserve to be recognized as well.

Interesting how so many of the reviews are so high???? Management is not approachable if you have a problem. She will offer bs answers, our "manager" doesn't even know the definition of imminent. Rhonda, look it up. You can count on a look of discuss when you talk to her, unless of course she is your "friend '. I have been here for a little over 13 years and by far Rhonda is the most inadequate manager. The company (whom ever they call themselves) is not approachable. No need to ask to speak to someone higher in rank, they are not available or approachable. I stay because my mother is here and can use a little help in her golden years. I recently was reminded by Rhonda that this is "not a nursing home or assisted living". Therefore I can be reassured they will not lend a helping hand. As far as I know my money is as green as my neighbors, and that is what this company cares solely about. I have held back on this rant until now. I want you to be aware of what's in store for you if you choose to come to this park. I don't want an offer to call or come by the office unless you have opened the door to Rhonda's boss. I’ve been going to Webster rv park for 2 years. It was always a nice time. I was going to rate the place a 5 until recently. There was an error made on my account. No question it was an error. However they were so sure I made the error they were completely unwilling to do anything to help me to make it right. All I can say is if the office promises to do something for you be sure to get it in writing because no matter what Rhonda is NEVER wrong. It will be you the customer that is wrong!! Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? HA!

Rates are competitive. Our site was level and clean and the utilities were easy to hook up. Lots of nice extras including laundry, showers, a pool and shuffleboard. Extremely friendly from the office staff to our fellow campers / residents. And just a stone’s throw from the every Monday Webster flea market. Check this RV Resort out, but leave us a spot. We’ll be back! 5 full stars

We loved our time spent at Webster! Management, maintenance and all employees were always ready to help if needed. Residents in the park were very welcoming to newcomers. So many activities to keep you busy. Looking forward to returning next year!

Friendly environment with lots of activities to keep you busy. Country location but close enough to Tampa and Orlando for any shopping or entertainment. Also has a huge flea market right in Webster.

It is a nice park with an awesome staff. I just wish the heated pool worked. I would and will be back again. So many things to do every day on their social calendar. I did go in the pool every day though. Thank you for such a nice park. Dave

We stayed at Webster RV Resort from Jan 7th -Feb 7th, 2022. What a great time we had. Lots of activities if you cared to join. The people, in office, and those who live there, snowbirds, and other campers were so nice and friendly. Very pet friendly. Hope we get to visit again next year. Thank You for a wonderful vacation month at Websters RV Resort.

Our first time staying here. FRIENDLY STAFF FRIENDLY CAMPERS We love the variety of activities. The luau was soooo much FUN!!! The music, food and the hula dancing was great. The men that were picked to hula dance were really good sports. We laughed a lot. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!
