This is not a family friendly mobile home park. They tell you that the kids can’t have swing sets, trampolines, basketball goals etc. And the kids can’t ride their bikes in the road. These people are a rip off. You pay your own water bill but can’t wash your car. You also have to pay a pet fee for a pet that’s in your own home that you own. And no the lot rent isn’t $210 they went up to $245 plus water and $25 if you have a pet. Then they came around and gave out citations telling you that you have to paint and pressure wash and do other things to your trailer in 3wks. This is the worst place to live. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!!
