We really enjoyed our stay here. Cathy was so nice when we arrived on Monday of Memorial Day weekend. They were having a group potluck that was going to start in an hour after our arrival and she invited us to join the event. Everyone was friendly and the music was great too. The park is very well kept and in a great location between Cortez and Delores. There are 2 great dog parks, pickles all, and a nice common area behind the office. The sites are long and wide enough that you are not on top of your neighbors sewer dump! They all have grass as well. We will stay here again if our travels bring us through the area again. The location to hiking and mountain biking is perfect. Phil's bike world is a great bike park. Thank you Cathy for everything.

For the last even years we have stayed in one of the 10 cabins. Equipped with everything. Propane oven, fore burners and backing oven, micowave, full size frig and washer and dryer. Fully furnished and large tvs. There is happy hour a couple of days every week at the club house. Lots to do and great places to go.

What a lovely RV resort. We had a short one night stay, but what a great impression! Staff was very friendly when we called to book. The site was level and spacious. The showers were AMAZING! Private, single room shower with a lovely vanity, plenty of hooks, and nice water pressure. They also had hand soap and paper towels- it’s just the little touches that also sets them apart. Wish we had more time there, but I’m certain we’ll be back!

Stayed here for several nights. This terrific RV resort offers a lot for travelers, whether be it for a few nights (like us) or an extended stay. Friendly and helpful staff, nice laundry facilities, clean bathrooms. Wide paved roads for easy acces to fairly level pull through gravel sites with easy and convenient hookups and concrete patios. Amenities you don't typically see at an RV campground; such as a day spa and salon and an RC car racetrack along with a really nice club house, outdoor pavillion and more. Unfortunately, we found the WiFi to be slower than expected for streaming content. The campground is geared towards older travlers vs. families, as there is only a small playground and no pool. Just north of the town of Cortez, it's a short drive to Canyons of the Ancients Visitor Center & Museum (well worth the visit), and the old company town of Delores. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. Huge dog park which is super nice. Sites are nice size, whole park is super clean. They even have happy hour on certain evenings as well as RC races. We were on the back row and got to watch the prairie dogs in the field next to the resort.
