The owners gave me a prime spot in the shade. I was just staying overnight. There are trailers and RV's, mostly monthly or permanent. The place is very well kept up, full hookups for a very reasonable price.

I used to live in a single wide here for about a year. To this day, it is still my favorite apartment/or home that I have occupied (winnemucca just didn't turn out to be my spot). The owner was always very accommodating and fairly priced (he even made me some planks to put in my windowsills for added security as I was a young single girl at the time) Always felt very safe and well looked after here. It's still to this day one of the cleanest parks I have seen. Yards are well kept, quiet, and peaceful.

Nice trailer park tucked away from all of Winnemucca's hustle and bustle. My friend rents a place here and I must say the place is very well taken care off for it being an older place. All the amenities are there and I've been told the management is fair to deal with.

Great place to stay. It has plenty of space to pull in and out. Quiet and close to downtown. There are no extra features (pool, mini golf, etc) at the park, but the price is reasonable. The owner was quite friendly and helpful, too. Offers laundry facilities.
