We had a great stay at Lake Erie KOA while traveling from NH to MI to trade-in our trailer for a new unit. It was a perfect stop both ways—clean, convenient, and relaxing. The staff was welcoming, and the location ideal. Thank you for the hospitality!

Park is clean and right across the street from the lake. You can walk over and see the sunset. It has lots of trees. We're in a 41 ft class a with a toad and didn't have to unhook. The one and only thing we didn't like about it is, it was very dusty. Whatever is on the road blows white dust all over everything when someone is driving through.

This was our first time at at KOA. We called last minute for a one night stay. The lady I spoke to was very helpful finding us a pull through spot big enough so we did not have to unhook. We were leaving early to continue our travels home.

We absolutely loved this campground! We stayed here for one night on our way out west and then made it a point to stay for a night again on our way back home. It is only a couple of minutes off of route 90 so there is a little bit of highway noise. However, it’s faint and does not at all detract from the beauty of this park. There is a vineyard next door and we were able to smell the grapes which was wonderful! A short walk directly across the street there is a park right on Lake Erie and it’s gorgeous! A lovely place to take a walk. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff, location, price, amenities. We keep coming back because we love it so much. I never want to leave when it's time to go! It's truly our home away from home ❤️

I love this place and this visit was another wonderful time spent on the road. I saved up all of my "down" days on this trip so I could spend them at this location. The campground is meticulously kept, has clean bathrooms, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is great - just across from a park overlooking the Lake Erie sunset every evening, and surrounded by the Lake Erie wine country. It was a bit humid and rainy this time but usually the weather is cool and fresh in the summer. The swimming pools are clean and the guests are well-behaved and respectful of each other. There's a bit of road noise but the convenience of this location off the various main highways is worth it. It's also a great jumping off point to drive the coast of Lake Erie and see the charming little towns on the lake shore. Highly recommended.

Honest review here we go… Place is very nice but has some drawbacks for us as a family of 4. The CONS- The thruway is directly behind the park and tent campers should be aware it is loud at all hours because of this road noise. With a camper it’s not too bad. The site we stayed on was a full hookup pull through site and on gravel, not paved. None of the sites here are paved. They are very tight and not at all flat. For the price which we knew was higher going into it ($83 per night when State parks are around $35 night fyi) we would expect a better maintained site but we made it work. This was end of June and the park wasn't even half full, very odd but probably due to the price. Upon arrival I was informed that my two Kids would be an additional fee of $5 per night “because kids are harder on things.” I found this absolutely ridiculous. In all my years of camping I’ve never been charged extra because I had kids. The site price was high enough. There were ZERO activities (crafts, hayrides, etc) for children like other KOA parks we’ve stayed at and this KOA had the older crowd feel, not much about children. As for the PROs- The pools were the cleanest we’ve seen and swam in. The park itself is nice with a beautiful creek to wade in and pond to fish. The camp store was great but pricey. The K9 park was great. This park is minutes from Barcelona boat launch and perfect for Lake Erie fishermen wishing a close place to stay. Overall not a bad place, and staff was very friendly, just not the top of our list in the future because of these above reasons.

Fun place to spend time. Staff is great, and owner Dennis and his daughter are wonderful. Lovely trees and small creek with fishing lake right across from Lake Erie. The pizza is delicious and delivered to your camp site. Town of Westfield fun to visit.

Cabins are great too stay in. Scenery is top notch for the cabins. Showers are hot and bathrooms are clean and very nice for entry! Staff was very pleasant to talk to. Dogs are welcome in cabins providing they don't disturb the other campers. We will always stay here from now on when visiting this area! Oh yeah almost forgot, our dog loved to splash around and explore the creek below! She didn't want to go home...

Perfect spot for a quick overnight. Pool was refreshing and bath house was clean.

Nice campground not far off the NYS Thruway. Big rigs (40+) might have a difficult time parking with some tight turns.
