DO NOT MOVE HERE! Beware with renting from this place. The management here are constantly on a power trip. They make it their full time job to make tenants uncomfortable and feel unwelcome in their own home. They will look over fences. Send you ridiculous 10 day notices. While some people seem to get away with things other people aren’t. There seems to be a lot of favoritism here. Pray you never end up on their radar as they will become obsessive over your house. The high rent and constant headaches and stress from this place is not worth it. I do hope the owner sees these reviews and improves the management as they seem to be biggest problem here. I am so happy I have moved from this place as my mental health has improved beyond belief. EDIT: it looks like the place responded. However it looks like they still aren’t taking accountability. I really hope the owner sees this and takes action quickly as it seems the management is running this place into the ground

Coming on here to express the same concerns as those below me! Office and “maintenance” staff love to harass the tenants in their own homes. They will go around several times an hour to look into tenants lots and homes, without a notice. Ridiculous how I don’t feel safe in my own home because two men come onto my lot, unannounced, but they don’t care! Harassing their tenants is their thing! I think we need to come together as a community and continue to complain about them until the owners take action. When I complain about neighbors nothing is done to resolve the matter, but having three vehicles in my lot (which is not bothering or hurting anyone) is a big issue! We pay so much money, but they cannot and will not help as “maintenance” crew when we need them. Don’t live here! Easily one of our biggest regrets…

Management is horrible here.Don not buy any property here. Go to one of the other owners properties. The maintenance personal has been fired and rehired has been caught looking in windows. Very unsafe glad we are out of this place.

Had quite an unpleasant experience attempting to apply for this mobile home park. Property managers at the front office talk to you like if you’re stupid and they fail to comply with Arizonas Fair Housing laws. This place will discriminate against you and be extremely quick to judge. Fortunately we were lucky enough to find another place filled with respectable people.

This park has went down hill ever since I moved in here.speeding, cats everywhere, trailers and lots look very bad! Very poor management.was pretty nice when I moved in 17 years ago. I rate is park now at a 2 star maybe???some people forget that we don't want to here there dogs bark constantly, when people live ten feet apart! It's called respect for others in the park. I think the manager has to keep. Law and order in the park because it is getting bad! How about three strikes and your out???maybe that will help some??? There is rules in the park and yes they need to be inforced
