Not a Customer in the park but recently visited. My observation was a very friendly park with an active community. A great location to grocery and bridge to the beaches.

Beautiful, well maintained community with a lot to offer. Jamey was helpful, as always, getting us settled into our cottage for the weekend. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate- and stocked with basic needs like towels, kitchenware, etc. The residents and folks staying in the community are all very friendly and host various activities throughout the week. If you’re looking for a little oasis to thoroughly enjoy, look no further than Whispering Palms!

I have lived seasonally at Whispering Palms for six years now. It is a wonderful community and the facilities are great. My concern is with the management here. In the time I have been here there has been frequent turnover. Last week our fourth manager resigned in the past six years, She left abruptly along with the office workers and maintenance men. Of the four managers who left at least three were resignations. To me this indicates a problem with how these employees were treated. I realize that they weild numerous complaints from residents but suspect the problem is with supervision above them. Currently we have no one in the office who is familiar with the facility or to maintain it. Whispering Palms needs care and attention. Employees need to be treated with respect and acknowledgement of their effort. Our park deserves and needs consistent management.

My wife and I came in that park back in 2017 for a couple months and it was very kindly place so the year after we became a 6/6. In that time a lot of activities and the administration's employees were very smiling and helpful. in 2021 a new manager came in Jamie, she throw out most of the employees and the rest didn't took a chance so they left by themselves! Since then, services are very poor, pools are dirty, maintenance is very bad. Then a new crew came in the office slowly but very hard to get a smile from someone: It looks like they just don't want to serve you and money is the only thing that they want from you! Last winter my facing jealous neighbor start to make complaints on us for many reasons and was harassing us with sending pictures of my wife trepassing on a neighbor lot but not his. He took pictures of me washing my truck and making sure i was paying the fees for the water and more... 21 complaints total! Michelle tried to take care of the situation but ending with nothing. I advised Michelle that if there is no change we're gonna leave the park but finally no changes, so we left the park and brought a couple of friends with us. This park is noisy with the trains passing 5 or 6 times during every night except on Sundays; now there is the new Bright line train passing 16 times a day!! Since the last 3 years there is questions to be ask about administration and management. where are the owners?? If you are looking for a welcome quiet and friendly park, go somewhere else!
