We stayed here for 8 days. Very quiet and peaceful. We've seen more geese than people. Close proximity to everything. We enjoyed our daily walk and run. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Keep away from site 23B to 24B. It's tight for big rigs. And go spend some time at their pier to watch the sunrise and enjoy Bogue sounds in the afternoon. Donna is delightful and very friendly. We are coming back here again.

Had a great stay here, the campground is wonderful, saw a lot of complaints about ants, but we didnāt seem to have this problem, either fixed or someone just had a bad experience. Free cable, my only small issue is having to pay for WiFi, but that is a āmeā problem. Staff was wonderful, location is excellent. Had a great time and if I come to the area again, will definitely come back!

It a great little campground good for biking right next to the sound and about 15 minutes to the beach it also has a water park near called the salty pirate, but if you donāt want to travel to the beach and stuff they have a pool and a little strip of stores near the entrance the most the campers are simple but sweet they also have a pond which is catch and release with some bass and brim, they have a nice bathhouse right at the pool so you can wash off right after so you can save hassle of riding back to your camper wet, there are often events at the community building by the pond but if you want more information you can ask the manager Brendan who is really nice, next to the pool there is also the office which you can buy candy and merchandise along with with drinks and ice for coolers and if you have kids ornaments are one for that matter there is a little playground biking the office.

This is a camper and RV place. Plenty room between neighbors. Folks here are friendly. Dog friendly campground with a dog park. There are some swings and play area for kids. Itās nothing fancy but well kept and nice for vacation with campers and RV s. I have enjoyed it so far

Staff was super nice, handled our problem beautifully. Not real pretty, very few Thousand Trails sites, and they're SO SMALL. A fair portion of the park is abandoned trailers. Needs a little work, but again, best staff we've had so far.

Nice little park in Broad Creek. This park has a combination of traditional manufactured homes, tiny homes, and campers. The park has been here for quite some time and have residents who have been around for a while. There are a few stray cats but these cats roam an area much larger than the park. The roads are mostly well maintained and they have a nice fenced dog park. If you crave quiet, this seems to be a great park.

This park has definite potential. Transient spots are a little tight but overall a nice park. 50amp with water and sewer, nice access to OBX and other great outdoor activities. Also quiet the interesting no contact arrival process. Still don't know what the remote is for š

The park had several run down mobile homes. Lots of trash, cable didn't work, cats running all over, camp site was all dirt and grass. Advertise as having a boat ramp, but we never found it. The park is in a good location but it needs upgrading bad.

If you can deal with ants infesting your camper and vehicle, then by all means I would suggest staying here. Apparently they do not spray the grounds to help with this problem. They put you under pine trees covered in ants. The sign at the pool says, "No pets." Yet they have stray cats roaming around the pool thanks to staff putting out wet cat food directly on the concrete pad. God forbid that you have an emergency after hours. You call the after hours number and no one answers. You leave a voicemail and never get a callback. The campground itself is okay. More like a retirement community where everything is quite all of the time. No weekend entertainment. No lodge/clubhouse/shelter to even host karaoke, DJ, band, arts & crafts, activities, etc. One positive that I will give them is that the bathhouse was clean. But have fun taking a shower. You're either going to freeze to death or be scalded. So the chances of my family staying here again is slim to none. Happy Camping!
