This RV park is beautifully laid out amongst the tall trees, and has large RV spaces. The trails that lead to the Yakima River are nicely marked and the playground/ game area is impressively clean and well-maintained. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and the store is well-stocked. Super easy location and beautiful scenery! This place is a true Gem and we will definitely be back! Thanks to the owners for creating such a magical campground💕🌲

A really nice and quiet full-service RV park. We spent two weeks there. Not only were the folks super friendly and helpful. They have a small store and propane for your motorhome. Of course there is a cost with that, but you are in the center of Cle Elum, and close to restaurants and even a Safeway. You can hear the freeway noise at night. Perhaps that is my only complaint, but it’s not that bad. We truly enjoyed ourselves. And totally worth the cost that they asked. We would gladly go back there anytime.

This was our first time out and staying at an RV park with our new Travel Trailer. We had 2 very large dogs with us for the 3 night stay. I will say that I was impressed at the organizaton of the RV park and all their accommodations. We had great power and fresh water for our hookup and the spaces were very nice. It is located close to I90 in a wooded area of tall Pines and along side the Yakima River, so you could hear some traffic, but it wasn't bad. A very nice feature was their own private pond and walking trails alongside the Yakima River which was nice for walks and exploring nature. All their parking spaces were well marked as well as signs to get you to your reserved spot. They did have showers and restroom areas, but we didn't go there as we didn't need to use them. There was also a very nice well stocked store where you can get gift items, drinks, snacks, food prep, and more. We will certainly be visiting Whispering Pines again in the near future.

Have been coming here for about five years. Wonderful staff and always very friendly. We have been in the summer months and in the fall. The river is beautiful and the trails are fun to hike. The pond is very nice to float in on a hot summer day. The staff does a great job keeping up the campsites. We appreciate all they do.

This was my absolute most favorite RV park on my one-month road trip in June, 2025. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they put me close to the shower house as I requested due to an injury. The camp store is extremely well-stocked, and the showers are separated by gender, which I definitely prefer. The property is covered in magnificent old-growth trees, even in the pet area, and right next to the Yakima River. It is beautiful beyond description, and I got to watch several eagles fishing and eating their catch on the banks. I will return to Whispering Pines every chance I get!
