Go back about 4 or 5 years and it was a good place. Since it was bought out not so good. Everyone is leaving, rent have doubled. Upkeep does not exist and repairs are never done, maybe if you wait 7 yrs. Beware.

We moved our 5th Wheel in here, and we love it! It's so peaceful and well maintained, and management is wonderful. Rhonda and Curtis go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a great experience staying there. Yes, there is a train, but after you spend one night hearing it , you're already used to it! It's not a bother at all.. if you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Might I add we have terrific neighbors, very friendly and that's a plus. Thank you, Rhonda and Curtis, for such a nice, well-kept place to have our fith wheel.

It’s a sad day, unfortunately I am moving out of Whispering Pines tomorrow. I have so enjoyed my stay here (about 4 months) Rhonda, in the office knows how to run a park, she tells you exactly what to expect, no hidden costs or surprises. When I moved in I met Curtis, Curtis practically set my trailer up for me and made sure I had everything I needed. Curtis also brings your mail to you and he’s happy to just shoot the breeze. I moved here to get away from noisy condo living and this place far exceeds my expectations. Except for a few rabbits, squirrels and a community cat this place is critter free, which I kinda worried about. I am forced to relocate to a cheaper park but that’s not to say this park isn’t worth every penny. If my next park doesn’t, at least, come close to Whispering Pines standards I’ll be moving right back I would rather pay a bit more to live here than have to except less. I will truly miss these folks
