Great management! Very clean and nice neighborhood, too. I have been here going on 3 years and love it. You can be as active or reserved as you like. Lots of activities and live entertainment. And very reasonable rates.

We have been there for seven years due to family being in the area and the relatively low price to stay there. We stayed on the coast initially and paid three times the cost of Whispering Pines. The park is not glamourous, but provides the essentials. We have made nice friends there.

Mostly residential/ long term campers. Narrow lanes, very old units. We chose to keep moving.

Very quiet, well kept. Laundry, pool, small dog park, and showers on site. There is a rec room with a pool table and small library. Propane filling on site. And my wife loves the personality of the staff. She loves the friendly banter. The give and take is entertaining and lighthearted. My only complaint is that the dumpster isn't open 24hr. It is unlocked during normal business hours. Other than that we have not had any negative interactions with anyone. Couple of miles from Walmart and many food places. Also very close to a state park.
