Editing my review to say the owners are incredible people! Not only did they respond quickly, but they also addressed and eliminated the issue from happening to someone else. While we did not expect a refund they extended us one as well. Top notch and cannot wait to return! Do not stay in site C1! The weeping willow dripped sap and leaves on everything! We now have a sticky mess of sap and leaves on our RV, truck, hoses, electrical cord, stairs, handle, slide toppers, dog leash and that's just the things that were outside. Floors inside are sticky too and had to throw entry mat away. The tree literally drapes onto the top of your RV so you can constantly hear the branches and leaves brushing the roof and sides. We had to be cautious closing the entry door as branches and leaves were getting stuck inside of it because they were in the way. It's a nice campground in a great location however we couldn't enjoy our stay. We weren't able to use the fire pit, picnic table or sit outside at all as the tree constantly drips sap and leaves which then stick to everything too. When checking out I did mention this to a worker on the grounds and he was aware of the issue as it is not something that just happened. Owners need to remove the tree or take this site out of there reservation system.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, fairly priced campground, this is it! Tucked in between two mountains, sits this little gem. Very well manicured property! The river is great for wading or sitting in a tube too. Not a whole lot for kids to do but ours kept themselves occupied. The staff was very friendly also.

Warm nice people who care about guests. Large shower and bath facility is clean and has individual rooms. Exercise room and pool are a nice perks. We have an RV but they have cabins for rent right along the river. They keep the area mowed and trimmed. Located right next to a small river you can float down in a tube or kayak. I have seen several people fish. 15-25 minutes away from grocery stores and shopping. Reasonably priced as well! We will return for sure.

No problems, peaceful, out of the way of noise but close enough to everything. Pull in sites were super easy to get in and out of. Other campers were kind and courteous and were happy to have a conversation with strangers or join in with playing in or around the pool. Owners were out and about the property most of the day doing general maintenance and chatting it up with anyone who wanted to. We had a good talk with Kenneth and really enjoyed our time there. Definitely will be going back. Had full hook up and private dump on our site as well.

We have been here 2-3 times, it’s one of my favorite campgrounds. It is close to the Great Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg all within 40 minutes. Very peaceful & quiet. Sites are spaced well. There is a river behind the CG that you can tube in or let your pet swim. There is also a nice walk along the river. The pool is nice too. There is a fitness room that needs help but I made it work for me.
