We were having a good stay until one night we noticed something sitting on our picnic table, we thought it was a squirrel but when we shined the light it was a RAT. We were careful to not leave food out but the next two nights was the same thing. Our last night there we ended up going into our tent earlier than we would’ve liked because they would not stop coming out. They were also not scared of people.

Second time staying here and we love it! Beautiful partially shaded spot, close to the adult pool and rec hall. Free showers available in a couple different spots near by.

I think the name gives this park the wrong image. There wasnt much whispering (a very noisy bunch of drunk seasonal campers), and I wouldnt say a good family park. People driving around drunk on golf carts, loud loud music till midnight, which is when quiet hour starts. Our site was nothing special, a pull through which was nice as we are travelling. If we came for a weekend camp, I would have left. The amount of carelessness from some of the seasonal people absolutely ruins this park. It is a nice place, with two pools, two playgrounds, activities every weekend for adults and kids. But the noise and the drunks make it very difficult to enjoy.

Such a nice place for camping! We were camping with a tent, but you can stay there with a camper trailer as well. Lots of activities for both kids and adults! 2 pools: one for adults, and one for families with kids. Playground for kids. Close to Halifax. Love this place!

The campground is like a second home to me. If you’re looking for fun actives for kids and adults going on the weekend is perfect. If you’re looking for some quiet time coming during the week is also perfect. There so many things to do either than just the many activities they have on the weekends like their pool, arcade, playgrounds and ice cream shop that are open throughout the week. Also a very nice place to watch the sunset. 10/10
