We are a Swiss couple and stayed with our camper van in the RV Park. All was clean, quiet and Emily, the Property Manager was very helpful and friendly.

I'm a lessee and just had my third anniversary here. When I first asked for information, nothing was available, so I left my information with little hope for a call back. They followed through. Gas piping requied major updating which left us without gas for several months, and alternatives along with rent credit given. I think the people at the office care for me and are promptly responsive to my needs. Management will have exceptional considerations like opening the pool on a closed day because the weather was too hot. Location, location, location. As a retiree, their affordability suits me well.

This slum should be closed! Leasing never cares about any issues reported, the quality of the maintenance team seriously needs reform. They can not install or fix almost anything. There’s no real leadership on their end so you will get bounced around. The only thing they care about is money.

This is a nice park conveniently located in town with all the amenities. The girls in the office were great to work with and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The gas is off so there is no way to dry clothes in the laundromat so I haven't been able to take advantage of that yet. But it looks clean and inviting. Hopefully that repair will be completed soon. The restrooms are also clean and I had a great shower however they definitely need to hire a 'real' plumber to make repairs. Whoever they have doing this job doesn't appear to know what they are doing. They've only managed to scab this to make it work instead of actually fixing anything. You can tell they never used caulk to seal the showers so they are going to just fall apart in short order. Otherwise, I'm very glad I found this park and would recommend it for anyone looking for either a short term one-night stay or a longer, month long stay. Easy to get everywhere in town from this location.

While the gas being repaired has been trying for all of us. Emily, the property manager has faced the same issues we have as she lives in the park. When this first happened the staff worked very hard and fast to help make this trying situation easier on all of us. Showers were available within a few days. They did the best they could with what they had to work with and I for one really appreciate it. THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SITUATION!!! Thanks to the staff for all your hard work. They have been nothing but courteous and helpful every time I have reached out to them.
