The elderly lady who seems to run the joint seems nice on the phone. She asked you a bunch of questions which you ask. Honestly, she assigns you a lot number. Then you get there and keep in mind you're willing to put up with a lot. Just have a place to lay your head at the end of the day when you're an RVer. She immediately starts talking some crazy stuff. We asked for a refund she wouldn't give it. She goes on and on about how she has guns and stuff like that and she's just crazy and it's not a safe place to bring a family. I highly recommend nobody use this place. The woman should be institutionalized. I believe her to be racist as well. We are white but the couple next was was not and she treated them horribly. I could see why the place is failing and it's always empty and I hear she's also being sued for discrimination against two disabled vets. I hope they take the park from her

We loved staying here!! Leaving was hard, lol. Our host was so kind and helpful. (She even brought me a fresh tomato from the garden when we arrived!) She went above and beyond to make our stay terrific. We had FHU and lots of room on both sides. It was quiet and close to a few towns/stores. We had really great neighbors. Wifi was perfect, even for streaming. There are amenities here, but we didn't use them. Don't miss a chance to feed chipmunk friends!

LOVE it here! The grounds are very clean and well-cared for. It's conveniently located for great fishing, sightseeing, and 2 beautiful Lake Michigan swimming beaches within a short drive. All sites have full hookups, and pull-thru sites are long and level. Wifi is strong! And for being so close to the Whitefish River, it is surprisingly bug-free. And there's even an on-site fish-cleaning facility. I came for a week, but have extended my stay to take advantage of the low monthly rate. Pat is the owner and host, and she is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Pat was great, large parking area. Noisy due to being in US2. Showers would have been nice.

My inlaws booked this spot knowing there were no showers. But when we arrived we were told there was no bathrooms available due to a pipe busting. The lady was very nice and tried to accommodate us with telling us about local spots to use bathrooms within a good drive. By the time she got a bathroom working we already found another campsite. I eouldhave rated another star if maybe a call would of been made to let us know about bathrooms before hand so we could of figured it out, being summer it is very hard to find sites at this time. This location I believe is located in a mobile park, but it has great spots to camp.
