Nice but need pull through. We stayed in the new part and a lot of potential. No wifi. 😟

Just visited. Lots are on top of each other and much to close for me to look to be an owner. Nice grounds and friendly people though. Pool is a nice touch.

Overnight stay. Mostly long term residents with a few vacant lots for RV guests. No "public/guest" facilities. Friendly staff and free ice. There was a pool but was not available during our stay. Grassy area around the RV for the dogs. Cash only.
