We stayed here for a week for bow hunting and had a great stay. The park is beautiful, with lots of hardwood trees and decorative statuary. Each spot has its own fire pit and the park sells bundles of wood to use with them and the Ace Hardware 5 minutes down the road refills propane tanks. The owners are welcoming and very responsive to issues, and even refunded some of our pre-paid second week after we had a health emergency. The only drawback was the noise from the chickens and ROOSTERS! (our spot was right next to the coop, so the noise might not be an issue farther away from it). Overall, a great stay in a pretty place.

We were only passing through, in after dark and leaving early morning. We asked for a pull-through so we didn't have to unhook. They provided us with the perfect site. Right at the front, close to the very clean bathroom/showers. Site was level and park was very quiet for a good night's rest. I did chuckle that we were a small, 21' travel trailer parked in between two beautiful class A's. But, that simply showed how much care they took in giving us the perfect site. Will definitely return if we pass that way again.

We stayed overnight in one of the pull through sites. It was plenty long for our motorhome and towed vehicle and was fairly level. The interior roads are easy to navigate and are all gravel. Everyone seemed to go the 5 mph through the campground which was a pleasant surprise. There are a lot of tall mature trees that provide some nice shade on a warm day. You have to take a walk around the campground and check out the tree carvings. They are really good! Nice lady checked me in when we arrived. I would stay here again!

We spent a month traveling across the country, and this was one of our favorite stops. They were able to get us in at the last minute. The site was perfect, and the pool was wonderful! Swimming in the evening surrounded by fireflies is now a core memory. The facilities were clean, and the laundry room & showers were perfect. I didn't have change for laundry, and it was well after office hours. The owners saw me wandering around, opened up the office and made change for me, and we had one of my favorite conversations of the whole trip - they were just fabulous. I wished we could stay for more than our quick over-night.
