3 stars, City website said $17 a night, and an attendant would come by to make sure you paid. No one came by. and it was $20 cash, at a pay station that the envelopes were whited out to $20 a night, trash all long the river/ditch front. sand spurs were bad!!!!! so bad my dogs would not walk in the grass. interstate is right above, noisy traffic, but was expected. the sway bridge was in very bad shape, i was afraid for the kids running back n forth, no rails on the side, boards were very loose. and the water fall was not running.

It would get 5 stars if they had sewer hook up, but they have a dump site so it really isn’t bad. It’s very convenient right off the expressway. If you have dogs beware of the cockle burrs. My dog has been traumatized by Texas cockle burrs to the point that he’s afraid to walk in the grass. The park was quiet with a little toad noise, but it didn’t bother us a bit. Definitely would stay again!!!

Great place to pull off for the night, get some electric and water. Because its on a frontage road next to the highway there is only one way in which made you feel more secure. Trails were under water but we went in May right after the big storms pushed past. Everything you need for a quick pull off if you are self contained.

Nicely maintained, there appeared to be a homeless camp by the dump station, which was a but unsettling, but it was fine for one night. The price was great, and it was attached to a lovely network of parks to walk around.

In town for business, called parks office and got permission to stay longer than the 72 hrs max. Just off interstate so there's road noise. No bathrooms or showers. 30 amp elec and 110 outlets. Need extension cords to reach pedestals. There is a dump station. Some shorter sites offer shade. Large units with toads will need the pull throughs which are full sun. I'm sure they have 50 amp service. Inexpensive at $17/ night, payment box at entrance. Perfect for overnight convenient stop, perfectly acceptable for a safe utilitarian longer stay

Easy stop, fine for a night or two. No frills stop with nice large park attached. Even mtb trails and disc golf course. Would stay again.

Stopped and stayed. Very clean with electric/water and dump station. Connected to the park and ease of access.

A good spot for an easy stop for a night right next to freeway. Close access to excellent walking trails a big bonus. Cheap rates. Just no sewer hookup.

Not crowded, only 6 RVs on a Saturday night. Very clean, mowed, grills, nice tables, many with shade, electricity both 30 and 50, water and dump. No toilets so no tents allowed.. With our a/c running it was very quiet. We had some rain overnight so our spot #12 had 3 inches of water puddled around us. Most didn't have water puddles closeby. Great cash price of $17. You can put it in a box or the ranger will come to collect.

This is a gift. A hidden gem. Perfect for an overnight stop. 50, 30 and 20 amp and water. Pull through sites. We stayed her with a 32ft TT and a 22 ft Silverado long bed and had plenty of room.
