Price , atmosphere , peacefull place to call home . The owners are top rate , the best i have ever rented from and I have lived in 5 parks in this area. I don't do reviews so you know if I'm taking the time to write one it's cause I really like it here . Would recommend you stay here .

Really good people. Stayed 2 months and we enjoyed every single day. Very nice and considerate owners.

I'm currently living in the one-room camper at Adkins store and RV park, and it's been a great experience so far! I am approaching the end of my first month, and I'm still loving it. Stephnie and Russell are not only fantastic hosts but also super down-to-earth humans who are always ready to go the extra mile to help. They're the kind of hosts who make you feel like you're their long-lost friend, minus the awkward catching-up phase. The camper is clean, convenient, comfortable, and a great value for the price that perfectly fits my budget. Plus, the peaceful atmosphere and surroundings are perfect for unwinding after a long day. I highly recommend this spot - it's a great fit!

They have bed bugs and don't tell you then try to call you a liar when you call them out! I paid $1600 to stay a week and a half with bed bugs! When trying to tell them about the bugs I got called a liar when my son has bed bugs bites on top of having to treat all of our belongings with money we don't have because we paid them $1600! I wouldn't have gave any stars but I have to do at least one to post this so other people don't get trapped and out of money! A whole $500 out of $1600 that we paid and if you exterminated your units there wouldn't be bed bugs in them!

This is a great spot to get away. My children love to visit here. The people are friendly and I couldn't ask for more. For the person that has the name "gonna sue", the only complaint I have is the dog feces covering your lot and not cleaned up. It's unsanitary and it smells. The park has a policy that pet feces need to be picked up and there are designated pet areas also. It won't stop us from visiting, though. We recommend this park for anyone wanting a quiet get away.
