Rented a cabin for a few days and it was very nice. Apartment sized refrigerator, two electric stove top burners for cooking, dishes, silverware, full sized coffee maker, on demand water heater I'm guessing because we never ran out of hot water and two double beds. Obviously a bathroom and shower. Very clean campground, food and service was great at the bar too.

We had such poor experiences that I would steer others away from this campground. We’ve given it two chances over Labor Day weekend, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. Last year: We arrived to find other campers occupying our reserved space. We had to wait over an hour for them to return and move their belongings. This year: Despite reserving months in advance, paying both a deposit and an extra area selection fee, our reserved spot was given away. Although the campground is under new ownership, there has been no noticeable improvement in organization or customer service. Unfortunately, after two frustrating experiences, we will not be returning.

Great location. Upkeep and management suffers. Very friendly staff. Full dumpster first 2 days. Laundry out of order 5 days. Weak water pressure. Hit and miss wifi. Really nice lots. Peaceful evenings. Super prices. Could stand more attention to detail. Would visit again if nothing else was available in this area. Close to Lead and Deadwood right off hwy 385. Somewhat level gravel pads. Nice Creek runs through park. Power and sewer worked fine. Great pricing.

Being an outdoorsman and still expecting fantastic food and atmosphere ( the restaurant) and feeling that cabins should be immaculately clean and well maintained, I can say that this was close to magical. They have a natural stream, in middle of everything you might hope to experience. The lodging has always been superior to other locations in the Hills I’ve tried. They are very pet friendly which is my indication to believe good people own / operate. Let me tell you about their Bacon Cheeseburgers , simply said, this was without par the absolute most delicious burger I’ve had in perhaps 30 years and I live here in hills for past 20 years ( Navy retirement, I’m a respectful transplant from east coast) the bar is inviting as well as the dining areas which are both inside and on outside surrounding surface of fantastic patio ( covered) The staff know exactly what they are doing and are fully committed to helping you truly enjoy this awesome experience. I truly encourage everyone to at least get the best burger anywhere in country. I want to go back already.

Having just returned from our group motorcycle excursion to the Black Hills, I can confidently say Wild Bill’s Campground exceeded our expectations. Strategically located just minutes from Deadwood, the campground also provided convenient access to numerous scenic day‐trip destinations throughout the region. We chose to tent in the meadow area, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Each site featured lush, soft grass—far more comfortable than traditional gravel pads—and sat alongside a gently flowing creek, creating an idyllic atmosphere. The entire staff was exceptionally accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well‐cared for. We look forward to making Wild Bill’s our go-to base camp on future trips to the Black Hills.

We stayed at this campground in July and were very pleased. All staff were friendly and accommodating, the view of the hills from the sites is gorgeous. There was live music each night, but didn't go until all hours, which was enjoyable. The showers and bathroom area were very clean and had hot water! We will definitely stay again!

Top notch pizza!! Wild bills restaurant was closed when we pulled in and the owner came out to the parking lot to invite us in for food. Excellent pizza and great service. Highly recommended this place. Great service and food.

What a great Campground and Saloon & Grill! Easy to find, very close to Deadwood, clean showers and bathrooms and it has a bar a grill! Bar and grill was so good and I’m still dreaming about that burger. Has an option for a shuttle to get you into Deadwood if you aren’t able to drive. The campground has such variety of big rig spots, tent spots, pop up spots, and everything in between. Even has dry and wet cabins available for rent. Cute little stream that runs through the campground. Met the owners that are in it together as a family. Highly recommend this place whether you are passing through the black hills or visiting Deadwood. Can’t wait to go back to this place and explore more!

Wild Bills has always been a home away from home. They have amazing people who work there, visit there, are locals in the area - and you always feel welcome and apart of the crew. The campground is so lovely and well maintained and close to so many attractions in the area. And don’t get me started on how incredible their food is! It’s a great place to even stop in and grab a burger for lunch or dinner. Their breakfast is scrumptious as well! Overall - Wild Bills is definitely a place to visit - even if it’s just for the day.
