Little Big Mom

We were driving by and thought we'd check it out. We are living down in southern Colorado at an RV park. Even though we decided against moving up north we were very impressed with this park. They have everything you could want. Lots of washers and dryers, a dog park, an ice machine, many places to walk your dogs... It's clean and nice and looks like a great place to park your camper.

Great RV park stayed here for 1.5 years with my family never had any issues and always felt safe. Never had issues with the utilities the park is very spread out nicely. You don't feel like you're on top of one another like other rv parks. The maintenance staff does a great job and I felt welcomed by the office staff.

One of the best parks we’ve stayed at. We lived here for 6 months and never had any issues. Staff were always friendly and accommodating! In a great location, close to amenities but outside of the city. The town of Keenesburg was also great as well. Definitely our first recommendation!

This park is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed, the Maintenance people do such a terrible job. They can’t even keep the grass mowed, which makes a lot of snakes. And if you want privacy, forget about it they drive around on golf carts looking into your yard looking for any reason to Write a “citation” The maintenance woman makes it her own personal job to be the Karen! I had to leave because I was so uncomfortable of all the drama that she creates. It was a great place before they allowed those people to take over as maintenance. I feel sorry for the owners because they have no idea how bad it is. So if you want to pay to stay at a place with snakes all over because of lack of maintenance this place is for you

We’re are a family of five and we lived at wild country for almost a year and half! We have nothing but good things to say about our experience and the staff. Expectations and rules are very clearly listed in the agreement upon arrival. The staff does a great job to ensure these are followed so everyone can enjoy their stay. Everything is greatly communicated from staff to campers Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes, playing at the park and family walks with our two dogs. They are very dog friendly as well, from a decently sized dog park to plenty of dog stations around the park. We never had any issues with our hook ups and everything was very well maintained. The staff mows all the grass and ‘yards’ in the area. Highly recommend for long term or short term stays.

Great place to store your RV everyone seems respectful of their neighbors they say they're upgrading their Wi-Fi so it will definitely make it a much nicer place to be once that is complete

Very nice owners/employees. Nice big grass areas between rvs. Can (and everyone should) have fences for your dogs. Laundry facilities new and well kept park.

A nice quiet RV park with well kept grounds as well as clean bathrooms with great showers and hot water and laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. It looks like the kids all love the playground. The staff and owners are beyond amazing!! I highly recommend staying here, love it here

Don't trust this RV park and don't waste your time and energy going here. They are sketchy and over charge your card and tried to charge me $300 twice when I owed them NOTHING . "JUDY " that also goes by "sue" is so rude and disrespectful , if you try to ask her a question or have a concern she just yells that she doesn't care and that she doesn't have time for the people that stay here monthly and they need to figure it out on their own . They have on their rules that dogs must be tied up and there's and one strike limit but will let people have their dogs running around in other people's lot and they "don't care" and "don't have time" also don't forget all the rednecks that drive by your RV fast at night with their loud trucks .
