Good location but sites very randomly laid out and access to services the same, full service but not easy to connect all services at one time, both 30amp power and water pressure inconsistent and power supply did not deliver a full 30 amps (all electrical appliances seemed under powered).

She is an awesome lady very accommodating. Cozy full service grass sites with fire pits and fire wood provided.
