CAMPERS BEWARE>>>>I have only stayed 2 nights at this place visiting family. This place is not worth it. The bathrooms seem to never work, there is no scenery, and ticks EVERYWHERE... I get the woods, but i went out for 5 min and had 3 on me. Also you call and ask for monthly rate, right? They quote you $400 for the month. NO contract showing the break down. Then be told you need to pay $200 more... WHAT???? I have been to 5 star places paying way less then this and get way more. This place is a 0 star if possible. Campers BEWARE!!! Also when people ask for monthly might want to state you charge per person.

This is a very clean, beautiful and peacefully quiet RV resort. Friendly and helpful owners and employees. Very clean on-site facilities.

We were told, on the phone, that they only take RVs newer than 10 years. Maybe that was a joke, because most of the units were much older and in severe disrepair. The lots were small and would not accommodate our 34 ft RV and let us park close at all. They seem friendly, but it wasn't right for us at ALL. The road getting into the park is sketchy at best, dangerous at worst. Please be cautious coming here...

Wilderness Hills RV Park has more live-in tenants than vacationers. It really wasn't what we were looking for. RV's are placed close together, there is no scenery to enjoy.

We were happy at this park for two years. Everything was peachy until we went to leave. We were going to be late moving our RV out and told the owners wife it could be after the 5th of the month, she says "no problem don't worry about it". We came on the 7th to remove it and her drunk husband was enraged and started yelling at me. He said, "You were supposed to be out by the beginning of the month!". Severe lack of communication between owner, wife, and management. I will never stay here again. The owner is a drunk redneck.

I used to stay here every time I was in the area. Mark and Sandy were running things then. They were friendly, honest, and hardworking people. The park was quiet, peaceful, and prices were reasonable. Well, they dont run things anymore and things have definitely changed! Owner is rude and tries to gouge you if you let em, park is not peaceful anymore, and I wont be back again.

Be careful & be sure to get a receipt. I moved my nephew into the park & gave the manager $400 cash. The manager said he was out of contracts & receipt & would have my nephew sign a contract & give him a receipt for the $400 cash the day next day. 10 days later the manager got fired & the own said we did not pay because we didn't have a contract & receipt. My question if you fire the manager (maybe for stealing) then maybe we did pay & at least let him stay until the end of the month. So be careful.....don't take their word for anything.
