Clean and well kept park with full hookups. We had a 33' Class C with a TOAD, and my brother had a 43' Class A with a TOAD. Getting out of the park had some very tight turns for my brother. The park is in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect to find fine dining, or much of anything else nearby. But if your jam is quite morning's listening to birds while you enjoy your morning beverage, or swimming in a small saltwater pool, then check this park out.

On our way home to Michigan the wife and I decided to stay here for a week. Its a very beautiful campground, With lots of trails and wildlife... on the trail If you get the chance, check the mailbox and if you have a prayer please leave it. The back shower house has nice hot showers and everyone was very kind... It's a little tight getting your rig in and out of spaces. And when it says stop at the blinking yellow light please do... There's nowhere to turn around. ๐ณ It looks like the winter home for a lot of Texans that come south... There was lots of empty spaces here and it looks like a lot of people were heading north. If we ever get the chance we would stay again... Thanks for having us ๐ฏ๐๐โค๏ธ๐บ๐ธ

We have stayed here for about 18 months. We really like our rv spot. Feels like home with trees, and most of the spots are not on top of one another they are spacious. We have seen deer most evenings and a raccoon as well as a few skunks. Haven't seen any snakes, but there are several cats roaming the park. Would recommend a week or weekend/holiday spot. 45 minutes from Corpus Christi. Local store HEB, Walmart, about 30 minutes away in Alice or Beeville.

We have been snowbirds for the last 10 years. This is the best park that we have ever stayed at for the whole season. The sites are wonderful. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful. The campers are friendly. Lots of trees, grass, 3 small lakes which you can fish at, paths for walking, biking, and golf carts. And, as an extra bonus the state park Lake Corpus Christi Reservoir is a 5 min drive. We rode our bikes there several times a week. Just an awesome place!

We're staying here while working in the area. Sharon and visited several RV Parks nearby and Wilderness was exactly the place we were looking for. Beautiful tree covered grounds with three small lakes. There are wooded trails for walking, biking and golf carts. The park is full of birds, deer, and various other wildlife. There amenities include two laundries, a pool, Frisbee golf and a rec room with multiple daily and weekly activities. The residents are very friendly and the staff is wonderful. If you're looking for long or short term, Wilderness Lakes is ideal.

Property: Spacious lots. Concrete slab. 30/50 amp hook-up. Good water pressure. WIFi: It's a G-Tek client.. Pffft.. Good Luck.. All in all I'd recommend, just bring your own Cellular booster..

Will spend the winter here. Have 2 complaints. The roads are very small and rough. There are sand burrs all around our site. Everything else is good.
