I had wonderful time camping here with my two kids. Close McKenzie Bridge. Had a deluxe spot which was easier to park our trailer on. Beautiful trees. A nice little hiking trails. Great hosts. But I bet the campground is gone with the Holiday Farm Fire. If it is there, it'll be forever changed.

We left there this morning, space #18. My husband accidentally left his tool box behind. Some of the tools had been his father’s. If anyone finds it I’d be very grateful to get it back. Thanks. First time staying there, nice, clean and quiet with quick access to McKenzie River. Much better than the larger campgrounds down the road. Update, one day later: Some kind, honest person has found the tool box and turned it in to the McKenzie River Ranger District who I had called yesterday. Restores one’s faith in mankind! My husband is so relieved, he thought it was gone forever.

This is a great campground. Due to the crazy influx of people who finally get to go on COVID vacation, campgrounds like Paradise and Olallie are packed with reservations This is lesser known, but very nice, especially with sites by the lake. Word of warning, however, the 'skeeters love it here, too, so make sure to bring nets and plenty of repellent!

Cleanest camp we have seen in a long time. Including the out houses. Camp host was extremely nice. I bought some wood for 7 bucks, (put a 10 in the little box) Camp host came all the way to the back of the camp ground to make sure we got our 3 dollars in change and confirm we didn't need more wood.(she brought us some in case we did) I left the 3 bucks with her. Super nice and professional.

awesome nature trail 👣. beautiful place camp site well maintained and cared for. camp host was super sweet and helpful. fell asleep 😴 next a camp fire listening to the river flow. was super relaxing.

This was one of the best camping experiences that I've had in a very very long time. The campgrounds are absolutely beautiful and extremely well maintained, including the bathrooms. I've never been in a outdoor bathroom that was that clean and smelled that good, EVER!!! Lol. The lady taking care of the grounds was the nicest and most accommodating person I've ever met. She made us feel at home the second we got there. Also the site that we chose was very discrete and off the path & right on the river, it made us feel as if we were the only ones out there, even on a completely packed weekend. So thank you for such a wonderful experience. I wished all campgrounds were like this one. I would gladly drive the 4 hours to get here.

Beautiful and quiet campground. My kids loved the nature trail and playing at the amphitheater. If you have a chance to drive through and check the sites out ahead of time I would highly recommend it. Some would be difficult to accommodate a large trailer with their tow vehicle.
