Nice fishing and very few people. Speed boats are annoying when fishing but biggest bummer was the bathrooms and fresh water pumps were locked. We had our camp gear but left.

Worst campground ever!! If you are using solar and need basic, avoid this place!!! It said basic was blue, we rode and couldn’t find blue. So we just parked in a yellow spot, figuring since there was only 3 campers in the whole place and we weren’t using elec it wasn’t a big deal. Not to mention paying $23 fo basic. Go to take shower, you pay for shower by minute. As it is getting dark, the host, who we had no idea, was one, came and made us move. Seems basic is a spot you put two wheels on road and two on grass, or next to dumpsters. I kid you not!!! I do not recommend this place unless you have a rig that needs 30 or 50 amp power. Those are nice, but $38. Oh and the lake water has green algae! I hope I can avoid NE state parks forever. Don’t mind helping parks out, but don’t rob me

I went at night and it was very busy and crowded but I had a good time... It's a good place to go to but they do not have a big enough sign to let you know it's Willow Creek or no lighting where you can see the sign

The time there was fun. Spent time with grandkids. Only draw back is when you reserve a site on line let it be known that they do not provide water hookup at the site. Just electrical. So you can save money by just reserving the electrical connection.

They have done a nice job improving the campground and camper pads, but the area itself does not offer much for activities.

It's a very scenic little wooded area nestled in a residential area. Nice little getaway for a walk during lunch or after dinner. Sometimes I go there for a night hike. During the day when I see people I wish they were friendlier. There seemed to be a lot of cold people who are not interested in meeting their neighbors around here and I don't know why.

Honestly surprised me! In a good way. The state has put some money into the campsites, trails, horseback riding and lake. The trees are beautiful around the park. We rode bikes around the lake on the trail. Several horseback people were seen on the horse trails. Very pretty ride. Played at playground, beach, and several fishing spots. Had a great time and glad this is close to home. Still have my trips to Jackson hole planned, but will be coming here more for short excursions.

A very well maintained park for campers & boaters. The trail was very well kept. The lake does appear to be prone to algae blooms eliminating swimming and water sports. For RV’s, the dump station is out of service. The nearest dump station is in Pierce behind the courthouse. The RV pads are level left to right making it very easy to level vehicle. Bring plenty of insect repellent for mosquitoes at this time of year.

One of my favorite lakes to spend my days off at with my family. The views are beautiful, fishing is great, campgrounds are pristine & the trails are breathtaking! We have been visiting Willow Creek for many years and will continue to be patrons for years to come!
