This tiny cabin is very dated. Could really use some fixing up. Location is very deceiving. Not at all what you would expect. Ground cover and area was a haven for mosquitoes. They ate us up. Cabin cleanliness was lacking. Carpet was stained and dirty. Was not satisfied with this rental. Was very disappointed when compared to pictures. Trash Can was full of cans on porch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Mena. It was nice to be close enough to town that we could run in and grab whatever we need, yet far enough out that we could relax and enjoy the country atmosphere. The host was very accommodating and even invited us to a local fireworks show put on by some of the neighbors. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely use this rental and host again. Thank you for making it possible to get a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives

We loved our stay in the Sunnybrook Tiny House ... SO cute! Amazing how much they fit into it! Everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Loved the little outside porch and the creek as well. Beautiful grounds. No issues. Tom & Carolyn were great hosts! Thank you!

Skip their Rv site. Picked Willowbrook for a quiet Friday night rest vs in town park. The rv site is a few feet from a busy residential road, loud trucks and late night music kept us up most of the night. Wifi was slow/unusable and I stepped in dog poo twice just unhooking the camper (threw a third in the woods once I started watching where to walk). The water wasn't potable, but most likely to a faulty hose the owner offered up. Really don't have anything good to say about this spot.

We have stayed there two times this year for work. Both cabins were well stocked and pretty comfortable. Way better decision than a motel! Carolyn was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is such a great area to get away and enjoy some good old Ouachita nature. Carolyn is amazing and if you have a chance to see her paintings don't miss out! She is a phenomenal artist and can commission literally anything! Thank you Carolyn for your hospitality!
