Me and my fiance stayed in one of the cabins on the property for about 4 months and absolutely loved it. The location was great, very clean and in the middle of everything while also remaining private and tucked away. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Wills Creek RV Park was a mix of long term stayers and short term campers, but was clean and well kept. The bathhouses were clean and well maintained, had a dog run area that was available and a small game room/gym, as well. They have a propane refill station (and decently priced) on site which can be very convenient. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and great to work with. The only thing that would have made the stay better was a larger fire pit as the temps dipped into the 20's with wind chills in the teens. Fall is a great time of year to visit the Fort Payne area.

We spent one night at Wills Creek as we were traveling through in our RV. The park is conveniently located to I 59. The owners are pleasant and customer oriented. The sites are level, roads are well maintained, and the park was very clean. Would definitely stay here again sometime, maybe even spend a few days.

The management is very helpful. They gave me a tour of the campground and were very helpful with my move-in. They even parked my camper so I could have better access to the hook-ups! The whole area is clean, quiet, and very peaceful.

The site was nice and level. There had been issues with the electric and the manager checked on us twice. The laundry room was clean and machines were brand new. Very competitive rates.

Owners were extremely kind and helpful, set me and my fiance up in a beautiful cabin. Gave us a tour of the area and we're very thorough and informative. The grounds were clean and the drive was even over the gravel. You can tell the place is well-taken care of and that makes a huge difference between it and some other places. The service was amazing, owners were polite and helpful. Overall, great place!

Been here almost 4 months now and we absolutely love this R.V. park. The managers take such good care of this place. Always a phone call away if you need something. Kid and pet friendly. Great dog park and walking trails. Beautiful and peaceful out here. Highly recommend visiting this place either short/long term stay. 10/10

Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, whether you're planning for just one night or an extended stay. The Good: Accessibility: Easy to reach from I-59. Spacious Sites: Long, fairly level sites that are great for big rigs (with some exceptions noted below). Modern Utilities: Utilities seem new, especially in the W loop. Cleanliness: The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Upgraded Facilities: The bathhouse in the W loop has been upgraded, offering private toilet and shower rooms. Awesome. Large Property: Ample space to walk around, ideal after a long day on the road. Friendly Staff: Super friendly staff with an easy after-hours check-in process. Amenities: Includes a laundry room (soon to be upgraded with new machines) and a huge game room with some gym equipment. The Bad: Long-Term Renters: Located on the other loop—very well-maintained currently, but could potentially become an issue in the future if the current management leaves. Laundry Room: Found to be untidy and poorly ventilated; possibly due to a dryer venting hot air inside instead of outside (this was reported). Low-Hanging Trees: Some spots have low-hanging branches, which may pose challenges for big rigs trying to avoid scratches while accessing hotel-side hookups. The Ugly: Absolutely nothing! Final Thoughts: We will definitely stay here again! Military/Veteran friendly.

Very nice campground and well kept. Good location and easy access. Highly recommend for overnight or longer if in the area. Wish there were more like this one.

This was our first time staying at Wills Creek Campground. It was easy to get to, nice entrance and office and the two people that were working there were both wonderful. We are surely going to go there again and stay for more than just an overnight as it is nestled in a great area with things to see and do in Fort Payne, AL. Love it!

Fairly convenient for just an overnight stop. We didn't unhook. The lady that checked us in was very. Which I appreciated. How ever it is overpriced for what you get. Like I said lady that checked us in was nice. But that was a 5 minute experience. Then the next 10 hours we spent were as follows. No trees for shade. (I noticed a review from 2018 pointed out a lack of trees. So I don't expect them to change that anytime soon. Lot was "fairly" level. and easy to get into and plenty long. Sites are pretty close together. It WAS quiet and I am sure very safe. Experience: So I was looking forward to opening the window and the shade to get a wonderful breeze to sleep by. It WASN'T going to happen because of the "spotlight" in my face. I said something to my wife and she had exactly the same problem. LOL. Of course lights are needed for security, night walks and late arrivals. But point them at the ground!!! "Store" doesn't have much so hopefully you don't run out of something. Sparse but clean. Didn't use the facilities. Experience: Really didn't feel like cooking and since it was just a short overnight and we didn't unhook. So I called the office to ask about the Pizza place that they were advertising in their camp paperwork. I like to support the people who support the campground. The office knew nothing about them. Okay so I went with a chain...just found it a little strange they couldn't tell me about one of their advertisers who delivers to the campground. So the stay was okay but with some attention to detail they could probably bump up their score a bit. But at $70 a night they are just overpriced and thus the score I gave.

Used as an overnight stay on way south. Very friendly staff. Easy in, had a pull through that was 80 foot or so long. All hookups worked. Wifi was good as very few over the air channels. Follow directions on website as GPS is wrong. Will stay again if in area.

This was a convenient location for our stop along our travels. It is close to the freeway, but not so close that you hear the traffic. There is a large distribution center across the street that has some activity all night, but it's fairly far away and we could not hear anything inside our trailer. The spot we had was an easy pull through close to the bathhouse. The spaces are not that roomy, but there was a picnic table. The bathhouse had very nice and roomy showers, one of the nicest ones I have experience at a campground. Being November, there were not a lot of other campers beside the full-time residence; the latter were in a different part of the campground. Hookups were convenient and in good condition. We had good Wi-Fi connection--we stream Pandora for music. The campground in general was very well maintained. I would stay here again if it were along my way.

Very nice place. Very clean, friendly folks, well manicured. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is the wifi continuously goes off then back on. We were herefor 4 days and it was frustrating to say the least. My wife works from her laptop and there is no local TV reception off an antenna therefore all you have is wifi streaming. Had this not been a issue I would have given a 5 star rating hands down. We will be back in the fall. Hope it's taken care of by then. My thanks for the hospitality. See yall in October.
