Sites can be small. I wasn't too happy with the site they gave me and they did get me a new site with more room. Quiet establishment, clean.

Quaint lodge like motel. Reasonable price, close to stores, lake placid, skiing, hiking etc.

We were very pleased with our experience here. The reservation form asked for special requests and we requested a water site, not expecting it to be honored (in August!) but the same day I received a message that we got one! It was a beautiful view on the river. Everything was great during our stay. Loved the gift shop in the store and my husband enjoyed shopping for the craft beer they sold. The only negative we experience the entire stay was they could have used more showers in our area, but the two pools were really nice to choose from. One even had a deep end which is rare at a campground.

Growler station and huge craft beer selection at a campground!
