This RV park is terrible!! They claim to be a resort. Ha, what a laugh! Tiney spaces with hardly any room. Most sites do have picnic tables and benches that take up most of the space. The park sent out a text stating that if you don't remove all stuff, including the table and benches, they will charge you thirty dollars and not mow the weeds (cause it's not grass). The laundry room and bathroom is atrocious. Hardly ever cleaned and smells like old stale dirty underwear. The management is completely worthless, can't do anything and doesn't know anything, except how to steal your money after you have already checked out and left. Would most definitely recommend finding another park.

The front store is elegant and inviting. Love the bathroom/ showers but be ready for your quarters to shower: 1 quarter for 5 minutes and it's handicapped seating and entry . Theirs 2 laundry rooms ,one in the store building and a separate one in the middle of the park, laundry room there too.The laundry room is clean inside the store building plus has bathrooms / showers. New owners but very inviting . Quiet and relaxing so far arrived in October and staying for a while as I write my children's books and get my paintings in Galleries ❤️❤️❤️. Office is open from 10:00 a.m. . to 4:00 p.m. daily. It's a store and has wine with an area to enjoy it. Ask questions when you reserve. They have a dog enclosed play area, fenced . There are wine vineyards and many restaurants in this area.

We have stayed here many times over the last 8 years. It was great until about 3 years ago when it was sold. The park has gradually degraded since then. From management that doesn't care, to guests that leave the place a mess (dog feces everywhere). The prices do not justify the stay.

I've been coming to this park about once a year for over a decade and I've never had such a bad experience here. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is for the location. We arrived on Labor Day and had made a 1 night reservation a few days earlier. It was confirmed by email. During our call to make the reservation, we were charged about $10 more than the price advertised online. I mean the base price, not the total price with taxes and fees. When we arrived, the office was locked and there was no packet for us or anyone else on the clipboard outside. A man standing there said he had been trying to extend his stay and no one was answering the phone. We already knew our space number so we went ahead and parked and set up. Then we realized that since we didn't have a packet, we also did not have the card for the restrooms and laundry. We have a very small RV so we did need to use the showers. When I walked over to the restrooms I found that they had actually taped duct tape around the locks so they couldn't lock. While that solved my problem, that seems unsafe. The duct tape was quite worn as if it had been there for a while and not just for the holiday. Inside, the laundry room and bathrooms were dirty. The toilet was dirty in the way it gets when it hasn't been cleaned in a while. It had a ring at the water line and dark streaks doing down the sides in the bowl. The trash cans were not emptied and there was dirt on the floor. The paint was chipped and there had been repairs made to the walls in numerous places but the walls had not been touched up with new paint. It looked much shabbier than it had on all our previous visits. I understand there's been a change in management. If so, they better get their act together soon or this will be our last visit. We will be checking the reviews before we book again.

I've stayed here numerous times and loved it. However, I noticed a change last year and it is even more evident this year. They have a great location, but their customer service and upkeep is going down hill. They have a lot more permanent spots than they have ever had in the past. The spots are loaded with weeds. The pool was refreshing with the 105 degree heat last week but the bottom of the pool needed to be cleaned, as evidence of dirt along the bottom edges. The office opened later and closed earlier than the times posted. They have a huge area for wine tastings which is not being used to its full advantage. (Not sure when that is actually used). I heard they have new owners and I hope they start caring and fix this place back up!

Great place to stay. Right off the highway, reasonable rates, nice sized sites, clean facilities and the staff are top notch. An added bonus...there's many wineries/vineyards to visit and a grocery store just around the corner. Be sure to go grab a bite at Prosser House :) it's absolutely delicious.

Great rv park! We were only passing through and stayed one night, didn't use any facilities or amenities. But our pull through spot was great, easy to get to the rv park, easy check in after hours.

A great park from which to visit the Yakima Valley wine country and the Horse Heaven Hills in particular. There are tastings on weekends by two or three wineries right in the park. There are a number of winery tasting rooms in walking distance from the park, which is particularly important if you are actually swallowing at the tastings (hint: you can taste a lot more wines before falling asleep if you spit.). The wineries have a chart that shows all the varietals used through the region and which of the largest wineries use each one. Tastings are a great way to learn more about them. When tasting, encourage your party not to use scented products - perfume, cologne, body wash, shampoo. We had to leave one of the tasting rooms because there was a partying group there overloaded with scent that overpowered the room - there was not a spot left inside where you could actually taste the wine. A highlight was the Cascade Crust pizza truck that happened to be at the RV park the night we arrived - if it’s there, do not miss it! The staff is very helpful and courteous, the bathrooms and showers are the type where you have a private toilet, lavatory and shower all to yourself, very spacious with a big bench to lay out everything. The sites are nice level sizable sites, mostly drive-throughs, with back-ins around the periphery. Cable (while we were there - these things change) includes TCM! Who could ask for anything more? We were only there for two nights (one full day for the wineries). It deserves at least three or more, and repeat visits, of course, as new vintages are added.

Super nice Park. Right off the freeway with great access and large spots. Big rigs will love it here. Just a couple blocks down the street is a Dutch Brothers. That in itself is worth staying here. Nice friendly people that let you check in a little early if you want to as long as your spots available. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season but it's still a great place to park for a night or two. Not to mention the 14 plus wineries that are located within a short distance. They have tasting tours and excellent food in the downtown area. Don't pass this one up.
