A truly fun getaway. We used to RV here but no longer have one. We saw these cottages and were thrilled. Fully furnished and full kitchen supplies, plates, utensils, etc. We opted for the one bedroom loft, only way to go! Still have that glamping feel. We will definitely stay again.

RV trip in Paso Robles Wine Country. All employees were courteous and professional. The park and pool were nicely maintained. I was able to purchase propane, and we enjoyed the bar in the evening.

We had a great experience for our weekend staycation! Everything was clean, well kept, and all around resort had a great vibe. We stayed in a cottage and enjoyed the amentities we had to offer despite the cold rain. I want to highlight the night manager , Natalie. I called the after hours number twice for something and she was extremely helpful!!! She was very attentive and just cared a lot about our experience. We will definitely return back to this resort!

We were in a group area where four rigs shared a grass area (two rigs on each side with doors to the center). While our sites were not paved, most sites were. Tow vehicle parking was a bit tight for 40' motorhomes but other sites were spacious. The property is on a hillside and there are multiple levels or terraces. The property is well maintained. In addition to a variety of rv sites, there are cabins / tiny homes. One member of our group was in one of those and noted that the charge for a missing fork would be $40 (the tv was also not working). There are a number of facilities available: pool, playground, two spas (one 21+ only), gym, wine garden, clubhouse/meeting/craft room, and two small dog parks (not large enough for fetch, upper one was less used).

I was there to see Sensorio and stayed one night. I need to thank Mark, the park manager he was so kind and helpful. I had a problem with my water and he took care of me and diagnosed the problem. I will be back when I have more time to stay a while. Beautiful park, very well maintained with lots of amenities. Thank you and see you again soon!!

We pulled up to stay here for two nights last week. I had specifically reserved a pull through site in advance because we have a 45ft toy hauler fifth wheel. When we pulled up at 3:00pm they said all the pull through sites were taken and we would’ve had to pay an extra fee to make sure we got one. They put us in a tiny spot right by the entrance on a hill. We have stayed at so many campgrounds across the country and this is the only one that we have had trouble fitting in our campsite so far. Getting our trailer to fit was a nightmare. There were also no sidewalks to walk from our site by the entrance to the office/amenities and with two small kids that would have been ideal instead of needing to walk on the main road that vehicles use to enter and exit the campground. Just like every other campground we’ve stayed at they need to keep the big rig sites for the big trailers.

We stayed in one of their cottages. Really nice. Very clean, lots of amenities. We got the one bedroom. The bedroom is a touch small, but there is also a loft that serves as an extra bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property and amenities , Sace is clean and many w shade and grass. The staff was very indifferent when we had issues with the laundry. Bad Wi-Fi but upgrade is cheap. Our cell provider - t-mobile was equally non existent!

Terrible experience. The campground was dirty and poorly maintained. My family and I chose to stay here because we had many great visits when I was younger, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. At our campsite, my dad slipped in the mud caused by overwatering. When we reported it to the staff, nothing was done to address the issue and we didn’t even receive an apology. Because of this incident, my dad injured his leg and required medical attention. The bathrooms were also unacceptable—stained shower curtains, hair, and filth throughout. The pool wasn’t any better, with visible layers of grime along the waterline. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience.

I have stayed at wine country resort in Paso Robles numerous time over the years and have had great times. The wine bar is a fun place to meet new people. I have called the main phone line four times in the past three days to inquire about the smoke due to the fires in the area. We don’t want to drive 4 hours the be in a smoky area. My calls have gone to the main office line without a return call. It’s too bad someone can’t take 5 minutes to return a long time customers phone call and give the information requested. We were looking to spend 5 days at the resort and due several day trips.

We made a reservation and were told we had until Thursday to cancel. That was wrong. The real deadline was Wednesday. Because of that, we missed the cancellation window. We called to explain and cancel. We stayed calm and respectful. We were met with attitude and rudeness. The person on the phone cut us off and acted like we were wasting their time. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We sent emails. We followed up. We called again. We even asked the front desk for the correct email. We resent the email right away. No one has responded. Not a single reply. We no longer feel safe or comfortable staying at a place like this. If this is how they treat people before they arrive, I can’t imagine how they treat people on site. We are still asking for a refund. We were misled. We were disrespected. And now we’re being ignored.

It's an absolutely beautiful location, beautiful Park however the management is terrible. Anthony the manager is rude, does not follow through, puts nothing in writing, we had the clubhouse for 5 days then he took it away the last day and told us we had to be out at 5:00 p.m. the previous day. We had plans for that room. He then said the 30 in our group could congregate in the bar area however there was not one empty seat there for any of us. We will never never go there again.

Very nice RV park. Loved the hot tub. Very well maintained, bathrooms extremely nice and cleaned. Staff at desk- first time going in lady was very nice, second time different one seemed like she wasn’t having such a nice day.

Staff was friendly & readily available. Convinient check in/out. Clean restrooms. Friendly neighbors. Wineries conveniently located. Huge Parking spots for our trailer, no need to back in, just drive in. Fun Halloween events, that I know will be way better next yr!
