The manager Carrie Cartwright is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. When I wrote a review on Facebook she started lying saying that I committed crimes, which are serious allegations, and completely made up! this Woman is delusional, she will call the cops and lie to the cops and her 2 women staff will lie for her as well and all get on the same page against you. Any minor rule infraction you make will be escalated to the max! borderline defamation against your character on social media, do yourself a favor, just stay at the nugget or the holiday in. Not 420 friendly. Stay away unless you really enjoy being disrespected and then have your cottage threatened from you and possibly losing your money for the night.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by staff. Save your money! Go Elsewhere! 🚶♀️ 🚶♂️ The women in the reception area will threaten to call the cops and throw you out over any minor disagreement. I have never in my life been treated so poorly!

Mary helped me over the phone and was absolutely wonderful! She made everything so easy, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’m so happy Mary is back! She’s always such a delight to work with – so helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond every time. Truly makes the whole experience better!

We made reservations to stay one night on our way to Arizona. On our departure, the first stop was getting snow at 7500 feet and up to 18" accumulation. Obviously, it is not safe to tow a large fifth wheel up a mountain through snow. The first two stops we planned were willing to cancel our reservation and they were understanding. When we called and talked to Cookie, the manager, she was not only unwilling to cancel our reservation, but we also asked about a credit, and she said we would have to rebook within 48 hours. She also said she would not change the dates again. She went on to say that when SHE makes reservations, she keeps them. Had there not been snow, of course we would have been there. Putting ourselves in danger isn't worth it. Cookie's cavalier attitude and unwillingness to help us, or make any kind of concession, was just a sign that we should never stay there. Buyer beware.
