During cold weather, the clubhouse has no way to keep warm and comfortable.

Probably the most desirable Winter Texan destination. The park has an artificially made resaca which is very appealing. They also have a community garden and are environmentally minded with a composting area. However, I did not notice a recycling area.

We rented an RV space for a few days. Beautiful, 55 plus park. Clean and secure, with 24 hour guard at the gate. Very nice people are here. Renters and owners and Winter Texans all. We will definitely be back again.
