It was good in the beginning then I was sitting on a comfortable chair and on two occasions the manager came up with others in the room yelling at me cause my eyes were closed cause I was resting them and accused me of sleeping, a threatened me to ban me from the recreation room where you play pool. Then the other kids in the park has very potty mouths and our dirty laundry was in bags tied up to go to the laundry mat and they were stolen.

The staff is so very helpful and friendly. The pool is always clean. They have a big clubhouse with all different sorts of activities, from Coffee and donuts to live bands, and pocker and billiards.

300+ spots makes it a little crowded, however my experience was actually good. Would stay here agian. Didn't mind the cats, some were very friendly. Met some interesting people here too. Overall a very good experience. Price was reasonable too.

Do not move in here if you like having electricity. The electricity goes off for hours and/or days at a time because corporate refuses to pay to have it upgraded. You cannot count on air conditioning or refrigerating your food because of the electrical problems here. Yet they keep raising the lot rent and moving people in here!

I dont recommend living here. The office manager Violet picks and chooses who gets violated for certain things.. Also, there are like 100 stray cats roaming around the whole park, and theft. And she does nothing about it.

I have been hear a month now and so far I love it! It's quiet pet friendly I love to walk my dog around,people are friendly...the office staff are very nice and helpful, perfect for the price*so far looks like I am staying for a long time :) i am a Happy camper 😎

Check-in was easy and they honored the Passport America rate, which was nice. The park staff were very friendly and helpful. They had us go park and get set up prior to paying just in case the site didn’t work out, which it did. The clubhouse was very clean and offered many activities. The location was great for the local area attractions. There are permanent residents here, but all were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
