We just left this beautiful motorcoach resort and it was hard to say goodbye. Beautiful scenery along the river front sites, everything so clean and beautiful landscaped. The owners Dane and Kate were so welcoming and invited us to various gatherings to mix and mingle with other guests. Great location with easy access to downtown and trails for hiking. Would highly recommend this resort and will be back hopefully soon.

We loved everything about our stay. The river location is stunning and the RV sites are luxurious and spacious. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. It is a 10/10 motorcoach destination with lots of nearby attractions and restaurants.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Colorado Escape! We just returned from an incredible stay at Wolf Creek Run Motor Coach Resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, in June 2025, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Owners Dane and Kaye are truly amazing – their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. The resort itself is top-notch. Our riverfront site was absolutely perfect for my wife and me, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. All the sites are flat, spacious, and have an upscale feel, making for a very comfortable experience. What truly set Wolf Creek Run apart was the sense of community. Dane and Kaye included us in all the social activities, which made us feel so valued and truly at home. It's rare to find such a welcoming and engaging environment, and it truly made our vacation unforgettable. If you're looking for a premier motor coach resort with exceptional owners and a fantastic atmosphere in Pagosa Springs, look no further than Wolf Creek Run! We're already planning our return trip.

Be ware when you book. Really punitive cancellation policy. And Dane has zero flexibility in regards to the policy. Yes, it is clearly stated, but he is unwilling to consider extraneous circumstances. Book at your own risk.

This was our favorite RV park we have ever stayed at! From the moment we pulled up, the hospitality was unmatched. Dane and Kaye welcomed us and invited us to the pot-luck dinner where we met great people who we ended up hanging out with throughout the week. We work remote and had a great setup at our site that allowed us to choose to work inside or out. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. The San Juan River is directly behind the resort. Everything is close by, Pagosa Springs, Wolf Creek Pass, off roading trails, and more. Dane and Kaye are amazing hosts and Dane gave me great suggestions on must see places. I'll be back, for sure!

Wonderful luxury RV Park. The grounds are beautifully decorated and very well kept. Dane and Kaye are very friendly and accommodating so I highly recommend booking at Wolf Creek! We have stayed there several times and enjoyed each one. You will not find a more immaculate Motorcoach Park anywhere.

Immaculate, intimate RV resort. The grounds are well maintained, level, and spacious. Easy access to your site. Our host was able to recommend a local hot water “guy” who helped one of our traveling companions with an issue. Dane also saved us when we were delayed returning from a bus/train trip from Durango to Silverton. We gave him our coach code and he took our dog for a walk! Talk about customer service! Highly recommend this resort!

If not for having a confirmed reservation in a Riverview spot only to show up and get told by Dane he moved me to a less optimal space to accommodate others and maximize occupancy, this would be a 5 star rating. Even after i showed him the text where he confirmed my specific spot when i made the reservation 4 months prior, the “your space number is not guaranteed and i can move you…” line starts which is not listed anywhere in their website T’s and C’s. I didn’t drive 700 miles for that. If i had another option i would have pulled right back out but relented and stayed in a lower quality site with zero view of the river. Total bait and switch, and Dane acted like he was doing me a favor because the new spot was less expensive per night. Otherwise i must say it’s one of the best kept luxury RV resorts I have stayed in, very clean and meticulously maintained.
